When you look for a plastic surgeon most you care about his skills and right attitude, you want to be treated with respect and kindly, and fairly. It’s absent with this doctor. You are just a number. It’s all about money. When your procedure is least expensive they replace it with more expensive and cancel you. Will justify their actions and tell you that without shame. They simply don’t care. If not their way it’s a highway. I was doing Botox there and will not recommend this office to anyone. It is a scary thing to go under the knife with heartless people. Will never admit their mistakes, will always blame you.

The worst experience with a doctor I’ve ever had. I saw Dr. Vu a little over a year ago for a consultation and he was great so I went back for another consultation— but this time he was horrible! Without getting into too much detail, he didn’t seem to like the fact I had procedures done by other people. He gave me a very different opinion about how my medical issue could affect surgery compared to two other well known plastic surgeons. Needless to say, I had questions and he didn’t like that either. He kept repeating that he’s had to fix other surgeons mistakes and abruptly walked out of the consultation. The worst part—as I was waiting for an estimate for the less invasive procedure he said he’d do, he sent his assistant in to tell me he’d changed his mind and wouldn’t do anything… I was shocked at why he wouldn’t have told me that himself. Bottom line, if you’re a smart person and ask questions then you should just go somewhere else and not waste your time or money with him.

Dr. Vu and his team are one of the most professional and trustworthy team around. Dr. Vu has made my surgery process so smooth. I’m 10 days post op and so happy with my results, not to mention the whole process in general. I truly trusted Dr. Vu and I’m so glad. He’s so meticulous and thorough, i never questioned him or felt nervous at any point. He listened to me and was very honest with me, he even reiterated all of our prior discussions before surgery. My results are something I’ve dreamt for. He truly is amazing at his profession. Judy and Rachael are also so helpful and are so respectful, they truly make you feel welcomed - you can tell they love there job! I highly recommend Dr. Vu!!!!

I love Dr. Vu and his staff! I have had several minor facial procedures done with excellent results. I had the PRP and my eyelids done, in addition to facial injections (Botox, Juvéderm). Dr. Vu's branded products are very good, as well. I especially love the Enlighten Skin Tone Therapy and the Pure Facial Cleanser. The practice also accepts "Care Credit", which allows approved customers 6 months (interest-free) to pay off a balance. This makes the services more financially manageable for the average person. Great people. Highly recommend!

I can’t possibly put into words how happy and thankful I am for Dr. Vu. He is not only so talented, he’s caring and compassionate. He makes you feel comfortable immediately and confident in him. I had no doubts from the moment I met him for a consultation that he was the only Doctor I’d trust for surgery. I can’t thank him enough, I’m so over the moon happy with his work. His staff are all incredible and so helpful and sweet. Always there to answer any questions and help you.

I am four weeks out from my breast surgery. To say my experience has been amazing is an understatement. Dr. Vu and his staff are a perfect match for me. They are all truly friendly, knowledgeable, and inviting. My down time was as described and the discomfort was minimal and manageable. Dr Vu is a very professional and personable doctor who takes the necessary time and consideration with you based on your needs . Mine happened to be Medical in nature and necessary. He took his time with explanations and listened to my questions and concerns. After the surgery Dr.Vu explained the results on my post op visit. His staff is very kind and considerate of all my needs also. I would highly recommend Dr. Vu and his staff for any surgery that you may need or desire . I was tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what I was seeing. I googled eye surgery and chose Dr Anh Vu because all his reviews were so positive. I scheduled my eyelid surgery which was in office. ( loved that ) Recovery wasn't too bad. I went for my four week checkup and was absolutely amazed at the difference between the before picture and now. And it will continue to improve!! I highly recommend Dr Vu and his staff. They are amazing!!

If you live in the St. Augustine area and are seeking a plastic surgeon, this is your man. I had a face, neck lift and he told me he would take 10-12 years off my age. He took me 20 years back. And the best thing is, nobody recognizes that I have had this done. Everyone asks me if I have had a haircut, etc. and say I look great but they cannot put their finger on the reason. This man is amazing doctor/patient relationship (important to me). Dr. Vu is a genius.

Highly recommend Dr Vu if you are considering eyelid surgery. I am extremely happy with my experience. Staff is also amazing.
