I'm unhappy as they NEVER answer the phone. They're great when you can speak with someone, but very frustrating when you can't. They have these people called receptionist where when you call a business they answer the phone and schedule appointments.

From start to finish, it was a horrible experience and he didn’t even send my medicine to the pharmacy. I had to go through a different doctor to get my refills

Firstly, the only nice person I met was the receptionist. The nurse taking the vitals was rude about me not bringing in every single medication bottle and a picture of them was not good enough. She smelled of cigarettes and was wheezing just taking a blood pressure. Then Dr. Kudia basically called me a liar 3 times because he is not aware we have a clinical research facility in this town. Perhaps he should research and advocate for his patients. His phone kept going off and was distracting and taking time out of my appointment. ( it was his drug rep regarding a lunch appointment). And if he does not personally know your last doctor he will make you feel like you are lying about their existence. I DO NOT recommend this doctor at all.

Just awful! From what I have heard, he used to be good but that has changed! Doesn’t call you back, doesn’t call in prescriptions, asks you the same questions five times, answers calls while he is with you just to name a few things! His employees have quit…..

I have been a patient of Dr. Kudia for many years and I take a medication that cannot be disrupted and I gave a week notice for a refill and the office staff has yet to address the refill. I have a current office visit and Dr. Kudia reassured me that my prescription would be taken care of when the refill was needed. I am so upset with the office staff. 5 business days have passed and my prescription is still not approved. This is unacceptable. I will have major health concerns due to not taking my medication because of negligence on the office staff.

The physician is fantastic. I worked with him at Flagler Hospital and decided to make him my PCP. He notices physical differences in his patients that even the patients themselves don't realize, and will listen to the concerns of his patients with a considerate ear.

I have been cared for by Dr Kudia for 10 years and I do mean cared for. He is an excellent doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. If u need to see him 'today's because you are I'll, he'll be there.
