Dr.Bassant did a great job with my health exam.she explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great .they were helful,patient and helped with my insurance.I am so glad I chose her and would highly recommend to anyone.

I am sad to say but they have very rude staff, they don't answer the phone. I tried to schedule an appointment when I was sick last month, but noone ever called me back so I had to go to the urgent care. I stopped by the office today to inquire about my yearly check up (because noone answered the phone when I tried to call) and I was told that "they don't do reminders because they are not babysitters, they dont have time to answer the phone, that they are too busy, and if I need them for something urgent they could not help me anyway, and if that if I don't like it I can leave and find a new doctor and that they have enough patients. They also told me that they are short staffed and if i know someone who wants a job, let them know, because noone wants to work." I was confused and shocked hearing all of this from the medical office. I was shocked at this treatment and a luck of customer service. It's a first time medical office almost yelled at me for trying to ask for a yearly check up appointment. Very disappointing.

Never returns calls...have been calling for weeks and not one returned call. When trying to leave a message, the voicemail says that the voicemail box is full.

I've always found Dr Farghali to be thoughtful and holistic in her evaluations, including dietary recommendations. She offers many approaches to wellness. . . . Including lifestyle choices. A caring professional who has good perspective.
