Billy Vanasupa it a great dr but the office staff is horrible.They do not return your phone calls. They are rude to you. The whole time you’re in the office you do not ever hear the phone ring,which tells me they probably have the ringers off that’s how they are not getting any calls. 🙄

Dr. Is wonderful and very patiently answered my question. Office staff is horrible. They don't answer phones and you cannot always leave a message. If you leave a message; no return call. Front desk staff is rude and uncaring.

I was very impressed with the office staff and Doctor Billy P.Vanasupa DO,being my first appointment as a new patient and the Doctors and Nurses were excellent!

It is unfortunate to have to write this review. The staff answering phones are unprofessional, rude, and assumptive. In any organization, the fish stinks from the head down. This is the second time I've had this experience with this staff and there will not be a third. If the doctors in this practice allow this, I can only imagine what they must be like. I will not have some low level staff member decide whether or not I'll be getting a call back for an appointment. For professional and caring service, call Dr. Goldwasser at Baptist South in Jacksonville.

So after being established as a patient for kidney stones, I went to ER with bad flank pain and nausea. Was instructed by ER physician to schedule follow up in 2-3 days with Dr. Vanasupa, called to schedule and was told the would get with the team and call back. 10 days later still no call back, then when I ran out of meds as prescribed by ER, Flomax, called to see if I was to continue the med left message and was told would receive call back by end of day. No call back! I don't know if it was the office staff that dropped the ball or who but I hope they don't do this to all there patients!

I personally think that he's a great doctor and great bedside manner and I personally have the umost respect for him and I want to thank him for keeping his promise to me and thank you so much ❤️

If you want to be thrown to the wayside try to use this doctor. After being seen and established as a patient they don't care to call you back if you're dying. Went to ER with kidney stones, called as per follow up instructions, told they'll get together with team and call back. No return call x 10 days, called today as out of meds prescribed by ER, not pain meds, received message they would call by end by end of day. No call back again. Wish Tricare could take back payment as this is definitely not taking care of a patient! Wish I could give minus stars as staff doesn't deserve one star!

Absolutely super doctor. Very interested in my situation, kind and great bedside manner. His emergency surgery was 100% successful for my condition and his sincere attitude was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. VANASUPA is a very caring Dr. I would definitely recommend him to any one. He explains things to where you can understand .he is a wonderful Doctor. And his staff is awesome.
