The doctor is very rushed and aggressive without patience. I was lost in mind and finished and left in only less than 10 minutes. Which I still don't understand, and them use insurance for free, I will report to insurance about this.

Dr.Paley was very professional and kind. Very grateful he comes to Palatka a couple times of the week. I would highly recommend him!

Spent maybe 5 minutes with me? Charged for a full skin check. I had to bring things to his attention. I actually had a bad mole he didn't see because they never made me show him my body.

I have never met a more terrible doctor. Very chauvinistic and unprofessional. His diagnosis was probably "mommy-itus". What? Oh boy I was shocked. He prescribed a medicine. I asked if it was ok while nursing. When I went to pick up from pharmacy the pharmacist said it was on the X list. I asked what that meant. They said definitely can not use pregnant or nursing. Wow! Ridiculous!

Dr Paley has a “no nonsense” approach which I appreciated. Answered my questions, fixed me up and sent me on my way. 👍

I been going to him for 6 years and finally realized, that all he cares about is making money.. He acts like he hates being a physician. I think he needs to retire.. His mannerism stinks.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This man refused to look at pictures of a skin condition that changes its appearance daily. Told him everything we have tried in terms of creams, including what primary care has prescribed. This man prescribed the same exact things that we have already tried and have been prescribed before. Referred us to another dermatologist who he stated does not take the insurance we’re using. Whole visit took 2 minutes tops, horrible bedside manner, does not care about his patients what so ever.
