In addition to helping you when you’re sick, Dr. Carlos Sanchez is very helpful with injuries and understands athletes. As a runner, volleyball player, and pretend warrior ninja performer (who is aging), I tend to get hurt. The last thing an athlete wants to hear is to stop doing the sport that they love for some obscure amount of time. Dr. Sanchez takes the time to really listen to the lifestyle and routines of the patient and offers a detailed path to recovery.

Dr. Sanchez is the best doctor I've ever had and I've moved a number of times so I've had a lot of different doctors over the years. Dr. Sanchez takes his time to understand your concerns and offer solutions. What I like best about Dr. Sanchez is that he doesn't just try to offer you prescriptions to cover symptoms but considers holistic approaches to diet, nutrition and physical activity. My husband also went to him and Dr. Sanchez recommended a probiotic which resolved years of stomach issues he had previously. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Warm and friendly. Genuinely cares about patients and encourages them to take an active role in their healthcare choices. Listens to us and checks things out on laptop while we are there to help us make best decisions. It's good to feel part of the process and not just be lectured. Oh, and he's pretty smart, too.

I have seen several doctors over the past 6+ years with the same general concerns. Dr Sanchez was the first doctor to actually listen to me and take the time to look deeper into what was going on. Because of him, I was finally able to get the referrals to the specialists and needed and started on real treatment. Usually I was just being given another pill to mask another symptom. He’s the first doctor I’ve had to actually listen to me and want to help.

I would highly recommend Dr. Sanchez and Flager Family Medicine. I've been a Healthcare Administrator in NY for over 30 years and can appreciate the quality of a good practice. The key points are; communication,accessibility, quality and patient care ethics. All qualities this practice possess. They are a busy practice, but you do get the personal care and attention you need and deserve as a patient. Dr. Sanchez is knowledgeable, caring, and actually takes time to listen to your issues. A+
