Appointments are rescheduled at the last minute. Phone calls are not returned for days. Being a patient is like being a number. The office is clean, appointments run on schedule, and office workers are kind if you are persistent enough to engage them one-on-one. Otherwise, it's a cold place.

As friendly and helpful as the doctors in this practice may seem, they are ultimately responsible for the staff's unreturned calls and frequently canceled appointments.
