He dumped me as a patient during the hardest time and only time I ever called and left a message. Lied on the last visit about what was discussed and said I was drug seeking.

Virginia and Cindy are great clinicians. I highly recommend either of them. This isn't a knock on their other providers as I have only seen Virginia and Cindy.

Very disappointed, I went in for an appointment only to be told that I couldn't be seen because my paperwork wasn't ready, which is understandable however I call back to see if I was going to be charge for it only to be told that it was my fault and I should had either been there an hour earlier or call them as a courtesy to see what I needed to bring with me. I did received about 5 calls from them confirming the appointment which never noted anything about paperwork or been an hour early. I believe the name of the lady on the phone was Carla, she was very awful and demeaning! Definitely staying away from a place thAt is suppose to make you get better instead gives you a headache. Also if you check on google reviews I'm not the only one having to deal with this. May God bless her soul because she definitely need it.

Dr. Martinez is a competent doctor. His staff however leaves much to be desired. 4 times my prescription went to a pharmacy in St. AUGUSTINE. I live in Jacksonville. I have called several times to have this corrected and have had no luck. I have tried in person at the office and nothing has been resolved. If a doctor thinks you need medication, it would be nice if he cared enough to send it to the right location

Relocated here a happy mentally healthy person. A few months with Nurse Geraldine Rodriguez Pratt and I am a mess looking for a new Doctor.

I have been seeing him for 3 years and he is a competent understanding doctor. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always feel like they really care about my well being and I trust them completely.

Just to let you know that their rates for the uninsured are $250/hr for first hour and the $200 hour after that. This is with the Nurse and not one of the doctors. Have to cancel...can't afford that.

Dr Martinez has in staff a woman , "Carla". She is extraordinary rude, cuts you off as your speaking, talks down to you, insults you, and clearly is not professional in any shape or form. I have worked in environments where I was over staff and I have worked as staff. Respect has always been given. "CARLA" does not offer this and hung up on me as I was speaking. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I would recommend firing her immediately if this is how she treats patients. Personally and from a medical point of view, she needs help personally and clearly professionally. Chasing away clients is not a way to build a good repoire with clients, especially ones that were referred to this office. I do intend on calling back in time to see if the office manager and Dr Martinez have the good sense of terminating her. Florida is a "at will state", meaning the employer can let an employee go/ be terminated without any reason given. *Although most employees would like to know. It's called character and professional decorum.* "Carla" needs to work on her intra personal skills, public skills, and most of all, her professional skills in which she is clearly lacking. She also needs to pull a dictionary and read and apply RESPECT to all human beings she comes in contact with and practice it on herself. She is clearly unhappy with herself and her life. Dr. Martinez, "Carla" is chasing your clients away and prospective clients.

I have been seeing Dr. Martinez for several years. He has always been very helpful, knowledgable and has stuck with me during some challenging times, adjusting my treatment regimen as needed to ensure the best response. His staff is really great. I highly recommend this practice.
