After 2 weeks of trying to contact this office without a return call, Flagler hospital informed me to schedule via this dr portal. I did. Received a confirmation and reminder for my appointment. Confirmed both times. The morning of my appointment I’m called by the office canceling my appointment stating the doctor isn’t accepting patients any longer. This dr office is completely unorganized and even listed as accepting new patients. After weeks of trying and finally scheduling, this office will just cancel on you.

Love Dr Gibson & his staff. He's been our family doctor for years. My parents were one of his first patients after I believe it was Dr Plant retired. Correct. Me if I'm wrong ! 😎

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gibson and his staff. They are great listeners and they take the time to try to help their patients. I never feel rushed when seeing the doctor. After many years with Mayo Clinic and not having a diagnosis I was relieved to have Dr. Gibson help me to find out what my problem was and save my life. His staff is knowledgeable and thorough. I am so grateful to have Dr. Gibson for my doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Gibson for well over 20 years. I have family members that are also patients of his. I have placed my trust in him to be a partner in my health and he has never let me down. I have rarely had an issue scheduling an appointment with his office and his nurse is the best. I just hope he never retires!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gibson for 25+ years and have always found him to be very professional and knowledgeable with all of my health concerns. He has always been very straight forward with me which is one of my favorite things about him. No nonsense great Doctor!

My husband & I are professionals and respected residents of St. Augustine. Likewise, my spouse & I were patients of Dr. Gibson. During the first few years of his patient care, things went well. However, a situation arose when I called his office to direct their attention to a procedure code that they billed our insurance for, yet we did not have. We were met with disdain & rude rhetoric when I indicated they billed with the wrong procedure code. They finally agreed it was their mistake; however, I was met with much sarcasm which certainly was surprising and unwarranted. There were additional matters when the girl presented to Dr. Gibson, he became offended & "disturbed." It wasn't long afterward that we received a letter from Dr. Gibson himself, stating that he could not continue a Doctor/Patient relationship with either of us. Dr. Gibson did not wish to discuss the situation with us, nor hear our description of what had occurred. He apparently felt his staff could do no wrong
