Doctors and PA are great. Cannot get anyone to answer phone or call back. Husband has been waiting for a referral to Gainesville for robotic prostate surgery. Gainesville has requested pathology reports twice to get appointments scheduled. We have called and no response. Cancer waits for no one. Please get something done for us Dr. Epstein.

Dr. Epstein was Okay; PA's were both exceptionally good; Office staff and telephone rates a zero. Two different visits could have been handled by telephone (appt to say I needed lab tests; 40 minutes of travel each way plus 30 + minutes waiting after appointment time for a 2 minute "you need tests"). Searching for a new urologist.

On holidays from Australia. Had Kidney stone attack. Needed surgery. 8 day stay to get everything done. Stones out, stent out. Feeling great now. Perfect treatment. Dr was great. Vicki was great, Jonathon was great. Everyone was excellent. No fault. The only thing I don’t understand is that you won’t email me reports etc for insurance. The need to pick up hard copies is a little odd. But welcome to the USA. Thanks everyone. 😊😊

My doctor contacted Dr. Epstein's office 10-days ago to set up an appointment for me. Despite a subsequent follow up from my doctor's office and a voice mail I left with his office, no response was received from Dr. Epstein's office. If this is the level of attention his office gives to patient's, don't waste your time with him. Many of his other patient reviews are not too flattering either.

Been calling all day for 2 days and nobody does not pick up the phone or call back

Called the office about severe left back pain and cloudy urine. Was told to come in and leave specimen. 38 hours and 4 phone calls later, I have not heard back. Suffered through the night and went to Med One clinic. Got right in and meds ordered. Will be looking for new Urologist.

Dr. Epstein, PA John Baron, NP Katherine Gardner, and nurses offer outstanding "patient care" even during the busiest of times. Dealing with the intimacy of urinary issues and having a predominantly geriatric staff can be time and emotionally challenging for the care-giver, yet the AUI staff at the St. Augustine office do so with a professionalism that is comforting and compassionate. This old sailor and marine proclaim this office "outstanding."
