Called to schedule an appointment back in January was scheduled for March 1st. Ended up that they were missing new patient packet. Theybre sent it, I filled it out and was told they would call me when they get those documents in to their system. It's been 3 days and no call. For an urgent appointment forget them trying to make the time to schedule you in a timely manner.

I’ve been trying to find a great primary care doctor since two of my doctors recently retired. The search is finally over! Dr. Platt is exactly what I’ve tried to find: competent and friendly office staff, a thorough and thoughtful introduction and a professionalism that gives me confidence. Dr. Platt is brilliant and well-informed, kind and compassionate. I know that I am in good and capable hands.

Dr. Platt is an excellent Internal Medicine physician, She has a pleasant demeanor, is very easy to talk to, listens patiently and never tries to rush thru an appointment. She explains the reason for her diagnosis to the satisfaction of her patient. I have been with her for 4 years and have never had a reason to complain.

Recently my insurance changed forcing me to change doctors. After some research, I decided on Dr. Iulia Platte. I was irritated that I had to wait over 5 weeks to get my initial appointment. Putting that aside, I'm really glad I was patient enough to wait. Dr. Platte didn't force a treatment plan on me. Instead, based on my description of ailments and my past experiences, she discussed a couple options on how best to treat my issues. If you can get in, I highly recommend Dr. Platte. UPDATE 2018--I am still so very happy with my experiences with Dr. Platte. So much so, that I now have my husband under her care!
