James Connor Md's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Connor’s for the past 15 years and never have I see the offices or the bathrooms so clean. I have a great respect for the staff and the atmosphere in the waiting area is quiet and pleasant. The wait time is less than 15 minutes. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr.Connor through Flagler Hospital. The kindness I have received from the nurses the front staff and the doctors is truly amazing. Of course my favorite is Dr.Connor. When the doctors explains about my medical problems they explain it to me so I can understand what is wrong. Not medical jumbo. Praying you will never retire. I HAVE BEEN A PT WITH MODERN MEDICAL FOR 2 YEARS AND HAVE COME TO FIND OUT ALL THE DRS CURRENTLY THERE ARE ALL AMAZING. DR. CONNOR, DR. MARTINEZ, DR. SEDA, AND DR. PALEY. THE WELCOMENESS AND ATTENTION IS GREAT. THEY DRAW BLOOD FOR THE COVIENCE OF ALL THEIR PATIENTS. I WAS TREATED WELL AND EVEN RECIEVED A CALL TWO DAYS LATER TO CHECK ON ME. I HIGHLEY RECOMMEND.

Dr. Connor is a very kind, patient and his been in practice for more than 30 years. The office is clean, has a beautiful pond. Family friendly office and staff.

The visit was fine, but I received no follow-up after my lab results came back.

This practice is a scam. I went to a check up two weeks ago and I asked how much the cost would be, they told zero. I get there and then they tell me I owe $90 from two that’s ago. I paid it and got referred to see a dermatologist in the same building. I go in and they say I have to pay another $90. I told them never mind, cancel my appointment.

I have been a patient for close to 5 years, and have had nothing to complain about the staff, the nurses or the doctors. Recently I experienced something quite life changing regarding my health and I can truly say that having Dr. Rajesh A. Persaud examine me and treat me for the condition, has been a lifesaving experience. Dr. Persaud is a wonderful and caring doctor. After each of my visits he followed up with me daily, adjusting my medications and thankfully avoiding a trip to the Emergency Room, which would have lead to a long stay at the Hospital. I highly recommend him.

Nothing against my MD at all and I wish she would go elsewhere, but this office, this horrible office has us off to a new primary after 4 years. Didn’t add the correct blood test on the order and wants me to go back to Quest for a second test; nope. There are posters on the walls discussing how Man lived in harmony with dinosaurs so there isn’t a solid scientific feel to the practice. Finally, there are just too many live fish, beautiful Koi, everywhere. Not in tanks, in open floor ponds around the main room. Best wishes for your continued success.

I went there for the first time and was immediately disappointed by the unwelcoming staff. The Dr. that I was seeing left without notice and never came back to answer questions. I had to ask the front desk. Then, a week later I called back to ask about my referral and they acted like they’ve never seen it while being really condescending. If I wanted to be treated poorly while searching for mental health resources, I would stay home.

Terrible customer service. Every interaction we have had with the personnel is rude, unsympathetic and an overall lack of empathy. People are just a job to them. Money and numbers are all that count here. It's almost an inhumane practice. Even if it was for a sprained pinky, I wouldn't recommend going here.
