Saw Dr. Kent in ER, after a previous ER and a few doctor visits. Dr. Kent listened to my long story of woe-unmanageable pain. He listened thoroughly and took the time to review available imaging. Dr. Kent was straightforward about the findings. He prescribed the effective medication to get me to a pain management appointment and neurosurgeon; also he provided explicit discharge instructions. I appreciate Dr. Kent’s direct, personable care. Thank you!

Dr. Kent took care of me when I came in with what turned out to be burst appendicitis. My symptoms weren't typical and he took the time and effort to listen to me. His bedside manner was calm and reassuring. His thorough evaluation saved my life.

I was brought into the ER by ambulance today Jason Kent was my doctor. He did nothing but demean me b/c I take norcos for the pain, my Dr prescribed. Jason as a reminder, not everyone who comes in that use opiodes are seeking more. I was in a legitimate anxious state, my arms were numb and I could not stop from shaking. I needed your help not pills. I hope you read this and work on your compassion for those of us who need someone to care and focus on the actual problem and then help them.
