Professional, attentive, and caring Practice!

Terrible. Staff is friendly but the physician and PA’s are not good. I Andes up with dermatitis from foot to groin after two years of treatment. It is now infected.

Very personable. Cared about my outcome.

Can expect a long wait unless you book first appointment. Packed waiting room. I left after 50 minutes. Rescheduled for an 8:30 appointment in a month. They need to reassess their time management.

I can’t even see my own scar! He is a very attentive doctor and I was afraid to have MOHS. He made me feel comfortable and I was so grateful for his tender bedside manner.

He is a drive for me from Orange Park but worth every mile! I have a lot of health problems and skin cancers and he has helped me with all of them. For my regular visits I see Ralph Priddy who at first I wasn't thrilled about because I wanted to see Dr. Kantor every time but he turned me around I love him and he is so thorough and Dr. Kantor always does my surgeries.

I went to Dr Kantor’s office for treatment on 11/19/2021. My appointment was for 1:00 pm. Arriving on time I was checked in. After a 20 minute wait I was called and went to a examination room only to wait for another 20 minutes. A female technician took some further information and I was left with papers to fill out. Another male technician arrived and I told him of my displeasure about waiting. His response was they were busy and had a complicated case. He went on to say if I had gone to an emergency room the wait would be 3 hours. Apples to oranges, I had an appointment. It was approaching 2:00 pm when I got to see the Physicians Assistant. I informed them that the service was unacceptable and I would not be returning. I have been a patient for 3 years and the service is getting worse. You never see the same person twice with the exception of Zach, who no longer works there.

The customer service and patient care is slipping, more and more with each visit. Apathetic front counter girls. Forgetting to call in prescriptions. Have to call three times to get my son's Clinda cream prescription. Does the Doctor actually exist? I only ever get PA's. I guess that it is nice that we can read the narcissistic articles about the doctor on his wall, even though you will never meet him. Transferred over to a new Dermatologist this month, and am beyond happy to leave Kantor.

It has been 15 months since my MOHS surgery on my face. I was assured that there would be little to no scarring after about 6 months. His office staff praised Dr. Kantor and how he is an expert in this field of surgery and that he rarely ever leaves a scar. I have two, I will call them (for lack of the medical terminology) outpouchings on the top and bottom of the long incision. They are still with me, and don't appear to be going away. I am very disappointed because I was told that Dr. Kantor is the top doc in this field of dermatological surgery. I am afraid to go back to ask if laser surgery might resolve my scar(s) and if I was a candidate for laser surgery. I fear that it might actually make my face look worse instead of better. I have lost confidence and trust in this Dermatologist, and probably will not go back.
