List of Kalpana Depasquale's Reviews
Other than the comment of not notifying patients of her intent to leave this practice and go to another practice. After months of treatment for GERD I was misdiagnosed when family history and textbook laryngeal tumor was possible. I thank God that she did leave as it forced me to find another ENT who discovered a tumor on my voice box. In one visit he set up a scan of the voice box and scheduled a biopsy of same. I now will start radiation in one week this has taken place in the last two weeks after one year of starting with Dr. Depasquale and her PA and many visits to her office. I think she was disconnected, condescending and more concerned about closing her office and starting anew.
I was satisfied with the medical expertise/treatment I received from this office but am a bit outraged that the office has been closed with no attempt to notify their active patients. Shows a complete disregard to their patients' welfare. Even if they reopen, it is unlikely that I would go back. They have lost my trust.
Misdiagnosed throat cancer for 9 months. Went elsewhere for a 2nd opinion.. they easily found 2 growths which now require full voicebox removal. Had begged her and her pa's for help and answers. She never ordered tests ct scans or anything.
Professional, understanding and knowledgeable.
I appreciate the fact that Dr Depasquali took the time to educate me about my condition, what risks were involved by the performed surgery, the healing process, the followup, and answered all other questions I had pertaining to the procedure from start to finish. Her intelligence and knowledge of her specialized practice inspired my confidence and trust to implicitly place myself in her care. Her bedside manner after surgery is very professional and caring and is also very courteous to the patient's family.
My wife was treated by this practice for almost two months for earing loss and pressure predominately in her left ear. After 5-6 visits, and numerous prescriptions the condition actually worsened. When DePasquale performed an endoscope on my wife's right ear resulting in causing the same debilitating problem in right ear. She told DePasquale during the procedure that her right ear was hurting. Now with the problem in both ears my wife followed up with another appointment to Depasquale as her condition was getting progressively worst. When my wife tried to talk with DePasquale about how the endoscope resulted in pain in the right that didn't go away and now she was having the same condition in both ears, Depasquale had no answer, became very defensive, totally unprofessional and refused further care to my wife. So not only did St. Augustine ENT (and DePasquale directly) not properly diagnose or treat my wife, she created additional problems, is completely unprofessional and obviously thinks of herself as being better than her patients due to fact that she has Dr. before her name.
The wait time was great. The service was awesome. I feel much better. Thanks.
Great Staff all around.
Great experience
A+!! I am also very excited that they are opening an office in Ponte Vedra! They will be so close to my house now, although they are definitely worth the drive!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
