Dr. Elliott and her staff are excellent. She listens to my concerns and I never feel rushed. I needed help getting medications covered by my insurance and the office worked very hard to help me. I am very happy I have Dr. Elliott as my doctor.

The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is it’s impossible to get through on the phones or if you do, calls are rarely returned. if you’re sick and in need of care, they are usually booked full.

Dr Elliot always takes time to listen to my concerns. I have several health issues and she addresses them aggressively and with the care one would hope to receive from a primary care doctor. Dr Elliot is a caring, fantastic doctor.

It took a long time to get an appointment with Dr. Elliott because the area in which we live has a shortage of doctors at this time. So very sad to find that she is more concerned with processes/procedures than the patient. I asked for a script to get a CT in the city I live rather than traveling 80 mi round trip where the specialist I see is and she refused. Such a small request that sent a big red flag. Tests previously taken showed that I have an infection but she did not help/prescribe anything for this among other concerns and let me walk out of her office with only a requested 2-month “follow-up.”
