Excellent office. I went for my annual wellness visit. Dr. Needham was very thorough, asked questions, answered my questions as well. She took her time with me. She’s thoughtful and kind. My exam was painless and she was gentle. I am a senior, so that is important. The office and surrounding areas with very clean. Also all the associated personnel knew their job, and did it well. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

I was a new patient scheduled for an annual pap smear exam. Dr. Needham came in initially just to meet with me prior to the exam and to discuss any concerns that I had as well. After the intake, she performed the exam. She was very professional, informative and expressed a genuine concern for my questions throughout the entire appointment. I would highly recommend her. The office staff was also pleasant.

Dr. Laila Needham is an excellent physician clinician with broad knowledge of women's health issues. She is brilliant and is an active listener with me. When I talk, she listens and does not interrupt me or talk over me. She takes a reasonable amount of time with me to understand my healthcare issues. Dr. Needham has great compassion and empathy. She has been my Gynecologist for a long time, first in Palatka and now in St. Augustine. I highly recommend her.

Would not recommend if u have health issues to go to her she denied my mom care for a pap smear she is unaware of her insurance coverage wast of time and false information was put on file just asking general questions seemed to be a big issue to her

I highly recommend Dr, Needham. The professionalism and kindness of the staff and her is to be commended. The waiting area is clean and inviting with a friendly staff to greet you. As with past appointments, my wait time is usually under five minutes. Also, I'm not sitting in the exam room longer than ten minutes. Dr. Needham takes her time with you and ensure you are comfortable. Also, she adds value information regarding your health. I was able to fill out my paperwork online.

I found Dr. Needham to be a very quick study of my needs. I was there for Hormone Replacement Therapy and as a later post menopause patient. There was no judgment on her part; just a desire to treat me fairly, carefully, and with results.
