I love this office, they have 1 doctor that irritates me a little - she's kind of gives off this judgmental feeling, and is not so "caring" with the kids...- but everyone else in the office is amazing. Even the one I'm not a fan of is still good, I just appreciate more of a caring and down to earth personality from someone who is dealing with my kids.

I totally understand how busy and stressful working in the medical field can be. As a new patient so far we are impressed with front and back office staff very welcoming caring timely and professional. We came to Dr Soberano as recommended because of his expertise with Pediatric Mood disorders / ADHD Etc.. He is very approachable, kind and informative. He has already made changes for the better with our daughter which we haven't seen in some time. He responds timely to questions on the patient portal. We never feel rushed and he listens. We look forward to a long relationship with this great team. Johnson Family

Holy rude staff Batman! the staff at this place needs to get some urgent sensitivity training STAT! We took our 5yo to this place when we first arrive to Jax thinking she had a UTA. We took the first place that took us. Immediately - dealing with the scheduling guy was a nightmare! Not only was he rude, he also had a very heavy accent and it was hard to understand him. We eventually got in and when we checked in, there was no question of what was wrong, only the concern of how will you pay? they

Both of my kids have been seeing him for about 9 years now. I love the staff and he always takes the time to spend with you for questions. Never feel rushed out of the office. Family friendly.

The absolute best pediatrician I have ever encountered for my twins! Dr. Micheal Soberano is incredibly knowledgeable, personal, compassionate, prompt, amazing with special needs children and adolescents, as well as recognizing potential areas of concern and of course wellness. The entire office staff works as a cohesive team that truly cares for you and the patient as individuals. The referral systems that are in place and the experience of Dr. Micheal Soberano and his office staff have been proven extremely beneficial for my family. I would strongly recommend this office to anyone with absolutely no reservations.

Dr. Soberano is an amazing pediatrician. He has been both of my children's doctor since they were born and I can't imagine anyone else taking care of my children the way he does. He takes his time examining my children and also takes his time explaining things to me. He genuinely cares about my children and gives them personalized care. I'm so grateful we found such a wonderful pediatrician.
