I would give 0 stars if that were an option. We loved this place but as soon I declined giving my child (2 yrs old) 12 shots in ONE DAY, Dr.B said we were no longer allowed to bring our son in even though he has a religious exemption form from the health department. Very disappointing. They try forcing vaccines on children but will claim that is not true. They do it for the $$$. We now have to look for a new pediatrician as a result. Would not recommend this practice to anyone with the same beliefs.

I took my granddaughter because she was with us during summer school break. Dr Mas was thorough, patient and kind. He is very professional and made suggestions, and was very informative. He made her feel at ease and he covered not only the physical but her mental health. I was very impressed. This was my first time meeting him, and have worked over 40 years in the medical field up north, I was impressed. I never told him my background. If I could give him more than 5 stars,I would.

Disappointed in this practice. Mental health is not taken seriously. I do not recommend this doctor for an adolescent. We entered the practice when my son was 16.

I was referred by my PCP to Dr. Mas on Dec 10th. I called them 4 times (once a week) to schedule an appointment. They took my insurance info and said they would call me to set the appointment once they verify my insurance. Finally, one month later when I called again, they told me that they can't use my BLUE CROSS so I would have to pay out of pocket for the tests and follow ups. So they never responded to me once, I called weekly only to finally be turned away. I have BLUE CROSS PPO insurance

Everyone I have encountered during my visits have been amazing. The staff are friendly and accommodating and Dr. Mas is great. There can be a little wait at times, however, once Dr. Mas comes in the room you know why and that it was worth it. He has a very calm and confident manner and will explain/speak with you about any questions or concerns as if you were his only patient that day. They are also great at getting you in for any last minute appointments. Definitely recommend!

I Appreciate his professionalism, the care he gives his patients & family members, and his good bed-side-manners. Dr. Má is Bi-Lingual which helps Spanish speaking patients that can’t speak English. My 7 yr old son is a new patient of Dr. Mas. The office staff was very accommodating when I scheduled his 1st appointment. Dr. Mas was very personable and professional, I felt like all of our concerns were addressed by the time we left. This office is great!!

Dr. Mas has been our pediatrician since the day my first daughter was born. My girls are 13 and 9 now and we still drive 45 minutes to get to him, passing many doctor's offices on the way. He is incredibly patient, helpful, and obviously loves kids. We are so thankful to have his knowledge and caring attitude to depend on, especially in times of sickness.

Extended wait time, no patient loyalty, rude staff, all of which takes away greatly from the more than competent doctors.

I went to this MD as a child and now my daughters go there as well. They love him and we have never felt uncomfortable in his office with any of his staff. He is very thorough...When my daughter started having frequency of urination I became concerned about a possible UTI even though she wasn't complaining of any pains and doesn't take bath --just showers (she's 5). After informing me that my insurance did cover cost, and asking permission to send first, he sent an analysis out just "to make sure" even though the in-office test looked clear. This is just one small example of the awesome care he gives to his patients. I hope he stays in practice for many more years! (And the nurses call to follow up with illnesses the day after the visit AND 3-5 days after). :)
