Dr Lambie at the Advent ER location in Lake Mary, Fl was very unprofessional and rude. She called us on the phone instead of introducing herself in person and when I asked her name again, she said I already gave it to you and literally hung up on my family member (patient) Would never recommend Advent and only wish I would have seen the other review before choosing Advent. Definitely stay away.

After dozens of wonderful experiences with Florida Hospital (now AdventHealth) over the last 20 years, I was shocked by the care we received from Dr. Lambie in the Lake Mary ER. Her bedside manner completely lacked empathy, she failed to grasp the level of acute pain of her patient, and her plan of care was bafflingly insufficient. I am in shock that a facility owned by AH would offer this inferior level of care. After 2 good visits to this ER, followed by this terrible visit, I won't return.
