Approximately a year & a half ago I first saw Dr. Roettges for my right knee issue, meniscus torn at both ends. Dr. Roettges looked at the MRI / X-Rays and determined that a cortisone / gel shot would do the trick, and that's what I received. On this visit, he decided that another shot was appropriate, so that's what I received. Dr. Roettges is in my opinion, well-versed on the care he provides, very personable and informative in a straightforward type of way (which I like and prefer). I trust him, which is an important aspect of seeing any particular Doctor for me.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Regarding Dr. Roettges, after being made to wait an hour past our appointment time (with no explanation for the wait), my father and I were about to leave and reschedule when Dr. Roettges finally got around to us. (It was a work day for me, and I was taking time off to accompany my father to this appointment.) The doctor's manner was pleasant, he gave us some helpful tips for preventing further incidents, and he clearly explained why surgery was not an option at this point in time. The visit would have received five stars if our time had been valued and respected.

The first time I met with Dr Roettges, Aug 2022, we planned my knee replacement. Everything was simple and my surgery was a breeze. I really could not believe it. Nov 2022, we planned my second knee replacement, again, unbelievable...I had my last visit, Sept 2023. No complaints, everything is wonderful. The staff was also top notch. Thank you all!!

This practice is run like a tight ship! Appointments are on time or within a few minutes. Staff is courteous and professional and the PA’s and Doctor made my wife’s hip replacement decision an easy one that she is very happy she made. Her life has been renewed as it was before, enjoying walking, back to the gym, and just generally being pain free again. We would certainly recommend this practice to others!

I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Roettges and the whole Southeast Orthopedic staff today. I received a warm, friendly welcome. My wait time was minimal, Dr. Roettges was thorough, patient, and explained everything so clearly. I was even able to receive a MRI in the office and Nick, performing the MRI made the whole experience relaxing. I’d recommend this doctor and this group to anyone and everyone
