List of Sabrina Caceres's Reviews
My wife has been seeing this doc for headaches for years. Yesterday her office called and said they would no longer be accepting Cigna as of TODAY because they couldn't agree on her fee. So with no notice, my wife is out on the street with the extra stress of finding a new doc. This seems unethical to suddenly charge $360 an hour, doesn't it? Didn't even give a referral for another doctor. When it's all about money, you have to wonder. I guess some doctors just feel like their services are better than reasonable and customary. Guess she needs a bigger house or a newer car and doesn't care about her patients first. Sad.
The office rarely answers the phone for days on end. I've left urgent messages about having a crisis and never received returned calls. The crisis have resulted in me being hospitalized and she still didn't follow up. The worst!
I have been seeing Dr. Caceres since 2015, she has helped me find a healthy balance on medications as I battle depression, grief, PTSD & many disabilities. I would highly recommend her and her office. She was in St. Augustine and a few years has been out of CR 210 office only. We have a good relationship and it's worth the drive for me, I have been thru many bad Dr. relationships, when I find gems, I treasure them.
Treatment with Dr. Caceres saved my life. She is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and is my most trusted physician.
An amazing psychiatrist! (not a fan of the CMPS)
Takes time to truly listen. Very knowledgeable and also open minded. Not a fan of the main office - but she is a gem. Doesn't push meds - finds real solutions to help you live your best life.
I agree about the office. It is a large company that owns CMPS - I have been to the St Augustine office before and after they purchased it and the difference was horrifying. Dr Caceres herself is an incredibly talented and caring Dr. She actually changed my life, because she found physical/genetic reasons, for psychological issues. I am almost off meds and take a wholistic approach to my health. I truly wish she would go into private practice. If you can weed through the nonsense of the office, she is SO worth it.
I never actually saw the dr or got an appt. I tried for over a month just to schedule a new patient appt. I would leave a message and get a call back 2-3 days (or more!) later. If I missed the call and called back, even minutes later, nobody answered. The one time I talked to someone she said new patient appts were scheduling over a month later and if you can't make it, you have to cancel a week in advance! If I can't even get a new patient appt. scheduled I can't imagine how the service is!
Absolutely awful. Once you make an appointment, you MUST keep it. And if you need to reschedule, it better be in advance (good luck getting through to them) and within ONE WEEK of making the original appointment. If you don't do both of these you will be charged $100. If you want to see someone where money is the number one priority, then you've found the right place.
Whoever wrote that first review must work for her LOL.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
