We would like to thank Jessica and Amber for their compassion and time. We were there when the office was basically closed on Good Friday. Those two women were unbelievably kind, patient and oh so helpful. They helped not only with the medical situation at hand but were comforting and helped with my stress level. I am forever grateful for their kindness.

I have had a number of nephrologists across the five states that I have lived in (including the head of nephrology medicine at an Ivy League med school). However, Dr. McDowell is by far, the very best dr I have ever had. Knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. He listens and never makes you feel rushed. I completely trust him and know he has my best interest at heart.

Very caring, stays on top of needs, believes in the personal contact by phone the results of test and his recommended course of action himself. So glad I was referred to him. Willing to listen without interrupting so communication of desires and needs on both sides get shared. Very rare in a specialist.

Dr. McDowall is an excellent physician! He cared for my husband during and after heart surgery at Flagler Hospital, coordinating special needs related to my husband having only one kidney. We were fortunate to have gotten a kind and skilled doctor.

Great Dr. Gives all the time you need to discuess your problem ;he is a 1on1 Dr. He really cares I would have died he did have alot knoledge of what I had (IGA) buut he did alot of research and fixed the problem highly recent recommend him.
