I've been going to this Dr. over 20 yrs. He does get behind only because he takes his time with everyone. He really cares. One time he stop taking my insurance but continued to see me. I had no idea until his wife told me. I would never change drs. If you want a Dr. That rushes you through and doesn't care then you need to look elsewhere.

After first appointment postponed I waited more than 2 hours on my second appointment before I got up and complained. Still one more patient in front of me as well. Doctor came out after I told the nurse I was leaving and told me about all of his patients. I told him he needs to either reduce his load or better scheduling. The admin said nothing about being sorry for the wait or that they were running behind. What poor management! Maybe time for retirement! This office is in the Flagler hospital complex. I guess Flagler doesn’t screen their operations.

The most caring, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor I have ever known in my 79 years. Is so through - never rushes - you will feel like you are his most important patient.

He's a real sweetheart because he treats you like a person not a case number and spends as much time with you as you want without appearing anxious to move on to the next patient.

Staff is minimal. This is a 1 doctor, no nurse office. Doctor is knowledgable enough but getting anything done in a timely matter is impossible. Office staff lacks compassion and concern for treatment. I would be seen again by Dr. Josephkutty for a cold or minor pneumonia but not for anything serious.

I like this dr a lot. but he does forget things and one must be proactive to make sure all bases are coved. I fing that is true with most Drs.

This was my husband's first appointment with Dr Josephkutty. We were impressed at how thorough he went over the medical history, the physical exam, the amount of time spent explaining medications and options, and his recommendations. Very satisfied with the visit.
