The nurse/assistant that brought me into the room was abrasive and impolite. The doctor, Diane, is great; but I have had to wait longer than an hour the last 2 times I visited. Unfortunately I think I'll have to find a new office. It also annoyed me that when I asked them to send my prescription to my pharmacy, they said "you have to call them and tell them to contact us"...? Do you know how hard it is to get Walgreens or CVS on the phone? Just very inconveniencing and really made no sense.
WORST place I have ever been to. The first appointment I was told how i was making up how bad my cramps are and then spent almost an hour talking about birth control then got charged a fortune. I shouldn't have gone back but had to for a medical reason and I thought they were being helpful but turns out the doctor i was being seen with ISNT EVEN LICENSED IN FLORIDA. This has caused my bill to go through the roof because my insurance isn't accepted in Colorado. I called to see if there was some way to fix this issue and they said it's not their problem, I need to reach out to the lab I used and I already have contacted them and they said the doctor is at fault since it She is licensed in a different state. I feel lied to and like I got scammed.
Night and day difference from my experience with OBGYN associates. This office is fast, responsive, and they actually get to know you I’m so happy I switched and chose them for my care I feel so much safer and just generally better now that I’m in their hands ❤️🙏
This is not a review for Sherri L. Maetozo but for the clinic that bears her name (Total Women's Care of St. Augustine). This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a provider. I came in vulnerable and scared about a condition. Upon explaining my situation to an NP and asking for a test, she berated me for even asking, repeatedly telling me, "if I test you, then what are you gonna do about it?" I came to see a NP or a doctor because, I assumed, that they would help me. I felt the Nurse Practitioner I saw was deeply insensitive to my concerns and tried to push testosterone pellets on me despite having no understanding of my condition. I felt unseen and dismissed. I sobbed through the appointment and left in tears. I will never return.
I don’t think I have ever met anyone so full of themselves. Her rudeness goes beyond lousy bedside manner. She may be a skilled clinician, not 100% sure of that either, but her arrogance certainly out weighs it for me. I have been a patient of more than three or four years and my last visit just was the end.
In 2021 I have had 6 appointments including 2 ultrasounds. I was seen within minutes of each appt. 1 ultrasound I waited 30 minutes due to what seemed like a true medical emergency went before me.. I was glad to wait.. I get a call and text for appt. reminders. I've been explained each step & options. I'm very pleased with the entire practice
This place is amazing! Way better than any other obgyn I’ve been to in Saint Augustine and that says a lot because there isn’t very many. Anytime I need anything they’re very caring and helpful with all my needs. The doctors actually listen to you while you express your concerns and help you so much! I will never switch to a new obgyn and I hope one day if I become pregnant I will definitely be going to this office! They’re the best. Thank you all for your hard work!
Most horrible experience ever. Same situation happened to my mother the week prior. They send you information to fill out and stress it will need to be done 3 days in advance or they will cancel your appointment. I tried to fill out my paper work but I guess something went wrong. I got an email on the Friday prior to my appointment that stated I had a message in my "portal" Well I went to log into my portal...tried 3 times and it locks you out. Account gets locked for to many attempts. I call the office fearing this message is because I did something incorrectly when trying to fill out the paperwork previous. Then you are instructed to call the office to get your password "reset" I call the office diligently as I really needed to get into this appointment, because I was having some issues. Office is closed at noon!!! So I leave a message to have them URGENTLY CALL ME BACK on Monday to I can try to fulfill their request prior to my appointment being canceled. I called at 10am because I still had not heard back...Spoke to a person whom I tried to explain I needed this info and that it was not working. That this should not even be a requirement. I can fill out paper work at this office or come in. I of course was upset that my message had not be received and that they were going to cancel. Well she canceled it anyway....And the truth is. They did this to my mom the week prior. SAME EXACT THING. And from the reviews looks like they do it all the time. Thanks guys for being very unhelpful and to not understand why your process is confusing and hurtful to your perspective customer base.
If I could give a negative review, I most certainly would. The best experience I have had with this office was my initial phone call to verify that they were in my network and to make the first appointment. Less than 24hrs before the appointment, I received paperwork to fill out. It wouldn't download, and I called the office. They sent it again, and again it wouldn't download. I came down from Jacksonville, leaving my mother's sickbed. I got there early to fill out the packet, but they informed me that they had cancelled my appointment because I hadn't filled out the paperwork in time. I made another appointment. Two weeks later, I again left my mother, this time in hospice, and arrived early, ready for my appointment. After I checked in, the receptionist informed me that 'Oh, we're not in your network'. I asked why they couldn't have called me and informed me. I let them know the situation with having to leave my mother, twice, and that I would no longer attempt to be a patient in their practice. My mother died the very next day. A week later, I get a bill for $75 for failing to keep my appointment. I called to ask them to remove these charges, explained the situation, and was told it had been noted that they had called to let me know they weren't in my network. I never received a phone call from them other than the appointment confirmation phone call. They refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. Of course I got very upset, threatened a lawsuit, and was hung up on. This office has to be one of the coldest (as I've seen some others review), inept, and untruthful businesses I have ever dealt with. The doctor may be amazing, but I will never find out, nor will I ever suggest others try. Negative to the nth degree review.
About to hang up my phone. Been calling these people all day and they either hit me with a please hold or don’t answer. They have me on hold for 10 min then your like ok did they forget bout me. In my opinion not a facility that care to build customer relationships for sure. I guess they gone keep me on hold until the facility close. I hung up and called right back and was told to please hold again. Just trying to get medical help I need.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
