Complained of irregular heavy bleeding for over 2 years. I was placed on two different methods of birth control to try and fix the problem instead of looking further into the problem. Finally, I got a second opinion from a different GYN in St Augustine, FL who chose to look further into it because it was hindering my everyday life. Come to find out there was a polyp in the uterus the whole time after they swore nothing else could be done except to deal with it, birth control, an ablation or a hysterectomy. I would strongly caution any woman to accept an ablation or hysterectomy as an answer to all, especially if children are still a possibility for you.

Dr. Yarian was my OBGYN from my early adulthood through 2 babies and through my PCOS condition. Through all of it she was thoughtful, took her time with me, and always had my best interest at heart. I would recommend her until she decides to stop working. I wish I still lived in St. Augustine just for that level of care. Thank you, Dr. Yarian.

After 7 years being her patient I won't go back. Also no insurance so was self 0ay. Guess she doesn't have time for self pay

I've gone to her for about 10 years, In the last two years there have been several mistakes that could have caused me a big problem. She missed a tumor in my ovaries. I went to a Gastro dr and he sent me for more tests and he found it. I had a partial hysterectomy and found it was pre cancerous. A couple of smailler issues since then have left some doubts in my mind. I dont think I have the complete faith I had in her. Personnally, shes a super person.
