The office staff is outstanding in other words awesome they show kindness respect and Dr. Lee is very very strong in her bedside manners she shows great care and compassion for her patients.

Dr lee is an amazing Dr and a Wonderful person .I got the pleasure to work with her few years ago and she was exceptional with her patient and coworkers She helped me and gave me good advice to continue my studies and I had the pleasure of being able to see her work with patients and she is a person who takes her time with them listens and helps them.

Dr. Lee took the time to go over my MRI and explained what my choices were for treatment. She took time to explain the spine and how the picture of my bulging discs in the MRI were causing the pain I was experiencing.

Dr Lee was very Condescending and talked down to me. It was clear she thought I was lying about my pain because I was a Black man requesting pain pills. Her attitude made me feel she believe people like me only want the pills for the high and not the medical aspect. Her unprofessional office manner made me decide to get the epidural from another office

Dr Lee and her team are always professional and prompt They were able to get the Authorization the same day so I was able to get out of the acute pain I was experiencing. Would recommend the Dr the team and the facility Thanks to Dr Lee’s team for helping me get my life back

Deplorable customer service. Not open posted hours and got the runaround from the attendant trying to get a simple form completed for my disabled daughter. To be clear Dr Lee is wonderful but this is not the way to treat patients. I understand that unforeseen circles come up but the attendant seemed amused that we wasted a trip to the office. Furthermore he declined to entertain the idea that we could drop off the form we needed insisting that we needed a new appointment. That should be at the doctors discretion not something to be offhandedly demanded by an attendant.

Dr.Lee is truly Amazing.Dr. Lee treated me after I was involved a car accident. Her level of professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. Dr. lee guided me through a very painful time with patience and urgency. Thank You so much Dr.Lee

Dr. Lee is they best Dr. I have ever seen. She is a true Patient Advocate. She treats your needs and goes above and beyond what most doctors do. She is the only doctor I have ever seen that will treat your needs and schedules procedures quickly to relieve your pain. She has an extreme knowledge of the human body and nerve system to accurately treat your pain. She has helped me very much in living a normal life pain free. I highly recommend her and her practice.

I was in pain for a year and had gone to several doctors for help all to no avail. I was feeling defeated and at a complete loss at ever finding a resolution when my daughter recommended I see Dr. Lee. Immediately upon entering the office I was greeted by a friendly and supportive staff Dr. Lee spent a good deal of time with me in the exam even showing me a video to explain my medical issues. She was attentive and answered all my questions with thoroughness patience and sincerity. I walked out of the office free from the deep pain I had been dealing with for so long. I have been telling everyone who knew of my situation what a wonderful experience visiting Dr. Lee and her office was. Im SO glad I found Dr. Lee on Google just had my 1st visit at her office. I was involved in a rearend accident in October 2018 and quite literally..it damaged MY rear end. I have been to SO many providers had SO many diagnostic tests injections..but normal doctors dont respect a butt injury AT ALL. One chiropractic doctor even made my condition WORSE. MOST doctors play it off as a radiating back problem Ive left doctors offices in tears stressed out. A doctor at Southeast Orthopedics lied in my face about reading my MRI then came back said that the MRI looked good so he couldnt do anything especially if the injections that I had didnt help. Im still mad at him too.I met this awesome lady on Friday I raved about her on FB after I left. For one the desk staff her MA are SO polite cool. Then I met Dr. Lee. Not only did she look at my most recent MRI with me..she AGREED w me. Im not a dummy she didnt treat me like one. We were on the SAME page. She did palpation feels on my backside came up with a theory that I also believed when I looked at my own MRI back in August 2019 that the trauma from the accident pushed my tailbone up into my sacrococcygeal joint also my ganglion impar nerves. The chiropractor that I went to in early 2019 made it WORSE I make that clear any time I go to provider. But she is KNOWLEDGEABLE. She is definitely NOT like most other doctors who just care about getting paid going on vacation. I KNOW her practice will grow even w the constant stream of patients that were going in out while I was there. After she studied my MRI w me did her palpations she stated that she wanted to research further ALSO get me a ganglion impar injection because she understands butt anatomy sees that I have bone joint nerve issues. The mere fact that she WANTED to research will do it speaks VOLUMES In the past I have had to fight for 1 of my twins to get a GOOD doctor before for his throat allergy. I have had to FIGHT after the accident I was in to find a doctor who isnt BSing or who understands that a butt injury is PAINFUL SERIOUS. She has been the ONLY 1 that I have bragged about. I shook her hand after the appt but I REALLY wanted to hug her cry. I have the utmost faith in her want to make her my main doctor for this particular injury. She is also goodlooking youthfullooking in addition to her intelligence. I feel like I finally picked a good one I thank her. Peace to this goddess.
