All of the nurses were very friendly and helpful. The Nurse practitioner, Alex was amazing and helped diagnose my husband and I very quickly. Medical treatments are super affective and bedside manner was amazing. 10/10 I will always recommend. Honestly I have never even gotten this much help from my regular doctor’s office. Thanks NP Alex and the Centra care team. We really appreciate how you helped us.

My husband, daughter and I all got sick within a couple of days of each other. Jade and Mercedez were so friendly and welcoming. They were fast , efficient and very professional. There was virtually no wait and no tedious forms to go through. They truly made this experience less miserable, because who wants to be sick? Natasha was so so friendly!! I highly recommend Maria Ortiz, APRN. She was thorough and friendly. Great bedside manner. If you have to come to an urgent care, I highly suggest this location.

The wait time was short and the staff were professional and kind. Jailene B (CMA) took my vitals and she was patient, gentle and respectful. Ditto for Alex, who introduced herself as one of the providers here. She was my attending provider. My only concern during the visit was that Alex did not have her ID and that is a personal preference of mine. I would visit this location again, if necessary.

The people who helped me figure out what was going on with my skin was very helpful and kind all the way.

Don't waste your time. These people know absolutely nothing!

I took my wife here since they welcome walk ins. My wife wasn’t feeling well at all. It took them 2 hours for them to see her. Not many people in the lobby. But when people arrived they were always pushed in front of her. After finally getting in to get check after waiting for 2 hours, they made her wait longer for someone to see her. We are still hear waiting. This place is a joke, it’s ridiculous, it’s unorganized, not professional, and understaffed. I dislike this place with the passion.

Horrible front desk staff, rude and completely incompetent. Asked several times to speak with office manager, everytime she was un available. Left my phone number. Suprize!!! Never heard back.

Horrible experience with me and my family. I came here with my family member and right off the bat there was a line, it’s a walk in clinic of course there’s going to be a line, the problem was that only one of the secretaries was checking in people while the other kept typing on the computer. She was avoiding eye contact with the line that was forming, not calling people in the line and when she finally started calling people in line she then groaned after the third customer she called (although the other secretary was taking the most clients up till this point) and stated “oh god I thought I was done” loud enough for my family to hear this, the customer in front of her to hear this (the customer left soon after), and the family behind me to hear her say this. So unprofessional. Soon after all this the people in the waiting room quickly noticed that it didn’t matter what order you waited in line or checked in as, they were calling people out of order from when you originally checked in. My family member and I was checked in at the same time (them first then me) but I was called before them and three people were called, then my family member. My family member came in for body pains, fever, and body shakes; the doctor gave them a nasal spray and cough medicine. Save your money (which was $200+ each member) and go to CVS. CVS makes sure to listen to you and give you medicine on what actually is wrong with you.

What is the point of making an appointment if this place does not honor it??? My 10 year old daughter who is sick and with high fever had to wait over an hour past her appointment. I could hear the nurse asking if my daughter is next after an hour and the front desk told the nurse to take someone else who was a walk in. This place needs supervision or better management because this place has a serious lack of customer service or consideration. If you can’t honor the appointments in a timely fashion, then only accept walk ins. Please avoid coming here unless you enjoy poor service. Lastly, the nurse or medical assistant taking the vitals said we run “efficient” and that being an hour behind is considered normal…normal where is what I’m thinking. How is this considered acceptable or deemed normal???

Every time we come to Advent Centra care they are pleasant and very accommodating. They are efficient and busy but always empathetic to our situation. I recommend them highly for urgent care
