Andres Montalvo's Online Review Report Card

Good God- PLEASE go elsewhere. This establishment has failed me, so many times it’s literally unbelievable. I have relapsed three times on my meds because they can NEVER get it filled on time. They are impossible to get ahold of when you need them. When they contact you, it’s through a RANDOM text, extremely unprofessional, never stating who it is, or what it’s for. They always put the blame back on me, and are rude. After relapsing three times with these people, I’m done. Even Medicaid individuals with no hope can do better than this. My counseling was traumatic too. Don’t use them. Please. Especially if you have suicidal tendencies, or have severe mental ailments. Get real help, or at least be strong enough to stay proactive with them. I’m lucky to be alive after I’ve found a new pcp and put on correct medication. (NOT so much clonazepam it could kill an entire bus full of people). I don’t even know what to do with the buttloads of drugs they tried to put me on! Insane! AND I don’t think in the two years I’ve been forced to see them, I’ve had an appointment actually met. They change the time, book you out so far you can’t get your meds updated, and make you feel totally INSANE like you’re the one who’s forgotten or misunderstood the appointment times. I’ve been passed off to Lord knows who on the phone taking “notes” and prescriptions without even hearing from a doctor!

The office staff if so horrible to the point I didn’t return.

I have to praise the great service I have received from Amy and Dr. Torres. The only negative thing that I can say about this office is that is very hard, sometimes frustrating to get in touch with the office; no body pick up the phone. I have spent hours trying to get in touch without success, there is only one number and nobody picks it up. Amy seems to be the only one who cares about patience.

Malisima atención al público Nca responden el teléfono para sacar cita, tampoco responden los correos de voz. Mi paciente,lleva una semana llamando y dejando correos de voz Y cdo fue personalmente la ignoraron y solo le respondieron q estaba llena la agenda de citas. Para que un cuchitril de oficina,una " secretaria"... teléfono. Si nada SIRVE!!!!!!!! NO DAN PRIORIDAD A LAS PERSONAS. NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR.. NOOOOOO PIERDAN SU VALIOSO TIEMPO

I absolutely love Dr Montalvo and his staff especially Aimee. When ever I have an issue she is right there to help me along as much as she is able to. The negative comments being made about her are just not true and breaks my heart that they see her as that type of person. I have been a patient of Dr montalvo for over 3 years.

I like the doctors. BUT I am ready to pull my hair out over the lack of professionalism the receptionist has for the patients that come to this office!!! My daughter recently became a patient at the St Cloud office and I have to say I’m currently looking for another doctor due to the rude, disrespectful, unprofessional person they have answering the phone. I needed to reschedule my daughters appointment that was scheduled for the beginning of April and trying to get someone to answer the phone is a joke. I’ve called and left messages and even texted with zero call backs or response to my text messages. I usually get a text from her a couple of days later and it was to tell me that she took it upon herself to reschedule my daughters appointment when it was convenient for her. I again tried to call and text because the new appointment does not work for our schedules and I’m still waiting for a response. My daughter is also having a reaction to the medication she was put on and I can’t speak to anyone about this. She is playing games with peoples mental health and should be FIRED!!!!

This was posted over a year ago, and I still stand by it, "Dr. Andres is a great doctor. I finally found someone I am comfortable with and has truly helped me. Thank you." But over a year later, I'M OVER IT!!!!! This has NOTHING to do with the Doctors, Dr. Andres or Dr. Smith - they are both great, compassionate Doctors! However, Amy at the front desk in the St. Cloud office is the most disrespectful, rudest person I have ever encountered. Why haven't I updated my rating sooner? I was hoping that the approx. 2 years of me visiting their office that she was just "having a bad day." No, she is very unprofessional, not friendly, has an attitude and a disgusted face like she hates her job every time I visit their office. She has zero compassion, no manners and is the reason I am never going to their office again and will never, ever recommend them to someone. Going to a Professional Psychiatric office isn't everyone's first choice, but mental illness is NO JOKE! Amy texts unprofessionally, misspells my name, I've requested documents, never have received them. Amy on numerous occasions, has changed my appts to their other location, forgotten my appts, called me other patients names --- you know - I get it, they are busy, mistakes happen. But how many "mistakes" is enough when this has happened throughout the history of me being a patient there. I sincerely have tried to "force" kindness on her in hopes of a different attitude, to no avail. I expressed my concern to Dr. Montavo months ago, and he told me that I am there for HIM not HER to ignore her attitude...I can't do it anymore - it is sincerely the worst feeling walking in there. What upsets me even more is someone else just went through this too in the below review. This is a serious matter and people like her should not be in this type of environment. Dr. Smith has come in to cover Dr. Montavo and she is the sweetest lady - I am sad that because of Amy, I will no longer get to meet with her. It is ALSO sad that I've allowed Amy to have this much power over this matter - but that is what mental illness does to you! I am not open with my person business but this is serious and needs to be known. I am disgusted beyond measure.

Totally disappointed. I have a appointment (my first) for today at 3:00pm and when I arrive to the office is close. No one call me to let me know about any changes or reschedule.

I had the fortune to get a same day appointment for a first time visit. I've met Dr. Torres who is an outstanding professional and knowledgeable of his practice. He was Very kind, educated and caring showing empathy on every issue I needed help and advice with. I would recommend Dr. Torres to anyone in need of professional help for a healthy living. Thank you Dr. Torres
