This man has restored my faith in doctors. This doctor honestly is one of the (few) compassionate and competent doctors I have ever been to. Both my parents don't speak English, so I have to come with them for their appointments. The wait time is super fast (30 minutes or less) and he is so caring! He takes his time, goes out of his way to explain things and he is a good prescriber too (I'm a pharmacy student, so I know a thing or two about medications). The staff at his current office at JSA Tyrone is great and caring too. The nurse remembers my parents by name. I typically hate going to the doctor's but I don't mind coming here at all.

Takes weeks to do anything needed outside office. Med decisions made after visit without patient input. Nurses returning calls make you wait until next doc visit to get any detail. test results never shared in timely manner. Much of visit is telling basic info you know but weren't asked if you already knew.

Dr. Miranda is from Peru and you can't understand with he is saying. Staff is slow getting back to you.

Best Doctor in Passaic area. Dr. Miranda take time with his patients never runs and he explain test results. I will never ever any doctor make me feel confidence and talk me about my illness. Preventive care is his main concern.

I had to call numerous times for a referral to my bariatric physician whom Iam suppose to see monthly to adjust my lapband. After the fourth call and threating to change my Dr. I was finally assisted. Iam sorry to say that a poor office staff can cause a Great Dr. to loose patients. Iam calling Humana today to change my pcp.
