I feo ver comfortable with Dr. Rivera, since he left to just doing procedure all I have been experiencing is pretty bad service from the staff especially Marivel Quinones her deliverance of care was unacceptable.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for first appointment. Then spent 6 hours to get an upper endoscopy and ended up having a different Dr perform the procedure because Dr. Rivera was too backed up. No Dr. is worth spending 6 hours to get an upper endoscopy.

This is my third Colonoscopy with Dr Rivera. I always specifically ask for him when making appointments. In my opinion he is brilliant and energetic. and I would not trust anyone else.

There should be Five-Stars for this doctor! I loved Dr. Jaime Rivera and so did my family. Dr. Rivera is a very kind doctor who is not in any hurry. He took the time to explain my results with my adult children after my procedure in the hospital and then again later in my hospital room. He even drew them a picture and explained, in detail. I have recommended this doctor to my daughter-in-law and will recommend him to others.
