Phone does not work through cell or landline for 2 weeks now

Dr Jason Song is a great and compassionate Doctor who has helped me the most when it comes to my pain pump. However, I feel that there's much more that can be done medicinally because my pain is in so many other regions of my body that the pump doesn't cover the half of it rendering me to basically a homebound 61 yr old woman who, with the proper attention could be once again a productive member of society . But I understand the fears instilled in Doctor's who cannot treat us as we need to be, because of Government restriction.

First office visit in January. Long wait, ineffective explanations given by Dr Song, no detailed procedural followup info given or arranged for... February, called for pain meds refill, told another doctor appointment needed to even get a refill! Set up appointment. They cancelled it due to not getting PCP referral. Got referral, paid co-pay, saw NURSE not doctor! She said she reordered pain meds (at Thursday visit), but was not filled till MONDAY at pharmacy. Doctor Song is spread too thin with too many patients and an ineffective staff. Doesn't have enough competent staff to maintain thorough, satisfactory patient treatment! He needs to hire new Office Manager who is not rude and condescending to patients. Take a number if you choose this practice!!! We would NOT recommend!!!!

I take my dad to different specialist every week this is the only doctor that we have waited over two hours to see him. They over book completely every time they have about 20 chairs in the lobby and all of them are always full and you have people who can barely walk standing for an hour.. it is absolutely ridiculous to spend over half your day to one doctor!!! Several times I have seen people say they had to leave because they had to get back to work or go pick up their grandson, so now they have to wait again for a different appointment. During spring break we were literally the only ones in there the lights were off because it’s on a sensor I asked what happened and they said they did not overbook because they knew staff was going to be short because they went on vacation… This tells you they do not care about our time at all !!

I waited 35 minutes which is not bad, Songs personality is a typical doctor BUT he clearly knows how to diagnose so I am a new patient and will see if my next review is good or bad , currently I am neutral.

Over 2 1/2 hours waiting. Did not give me solutions. He told some assistant epidural. Then walked out. He didn't explain what it even was risks- the follow up treatment plan. Nothing. Very disappointed. I'm not sure it's even legal to bill insurance? How could you spend 7 minutes in a room say epidural and walk out. He was not compassionate. I didn't even need medication atleast a lidocaine patch nothing. Disgusted.

I’m not even sure where to start. I’ve never given a review before but felt this one was necessary, I had to give a least 1 star to be able to give a review but even that’s to high, I’ve been going to pain management for some time now & this office was the WORST..... after 2nd visit & the dr never even introduced himself & acted as if I was there just for medication, his bedside manner is AWEFUL, the wait time is always 1 to 1/2 hrs after your appt time. You wait soo long the patients start fighting with each other!!!!!!!! Keep looking & move on past this office.........it’s like a cattle call

Everybody there are good work together and a good service I like

Dr. Song and Nurses is very Nice and except Dr Song is understand me help a lot when have pain chronic. Office very clean and perfect attending with patients.

Dr. Song is a very caring and sympathetic doctor. He sits and really listens to you! He offers alternative procedures to help with your problem. I consider myself fortunate to have found him!
