Jorge Hernandez's Online Review Report Card

For years I was seen Nancy Shearey ARNP wonderful professional, Hernadez Md he had seen me only once or two times a year, he was always in a rush, not explain anything to me, he just gave me follow ups with Nancy Shearey because he was always busy, but I don't complain about Nancy Shearey a wonderful professional.

I do agree that he needs to get his staff up to date about schedulling their patients however if you take the time to find out why he is behind on his patients appointments you will realize that he spends the extra time with each and every patient so that he will know EXACTLY what is wrong with each and every patient. Don't you want him to do the same for you?

He and Nancy his PA visited while I was in the hospital. Very caring and explained everything. Great bedside manner, Nancy sat with us a long time making sure we understood the diagnosis.

Update Aug 2, 2017: You know that I am the full caregiver of your patient. You as the Dr have not spoken with me about the truth of what your staff is doing and lying to you about. Without speaking with the patient nor her caregive, you came to an unfounded & invalid conclusion. No physical threats were made to anyone. Yet I promised to file a formal complaint & Done. I am fully aware of your policies in which your staff operated outside of. I'm am an intelligent Army Vet not a thug. Respect it.

I have been going to Dr Hernandez for years he has always been professional and very caring. They have had a change in some of their staff but I have never had problem with any of them.

After seeing this Dr for over 12 years, I visited his office in Winter Park yesterday for a 2:45pm appt, I arrived at 2:30pm and was not greeted or asked for anything until I knocked on the window at 3pm asking if she needed anything and to make sure someone knew I was there. An hour went by and nothing had happened. After asking several times if they knew how long it may be b/c my daughter had another appt after an injury she had at 4:30pm. At 4pm, I still had NOT been seen or told how long it

I had to leave to take my child to her appointment and couldn't wait any longer - still had not been called into a room or asked for my ID or Insurance card----the office ladies were of NO Help and just said he was very busy with chronic patients and or surgery - I was to continue to wait and Who Knew How Much Longer It Could Be? What a dissapointment - they offered NO apologies nor ANY solutions...save your money people-these women are running a circus NOT a business! If I behaved this way at my job, I wouldn't have one!

I've been going to see Dr. Hernandez for years and I've never had a bad experience. He's the only pulmonologist I trust in Orlando. Very friendly too. Just make sure you're prepared to wait a bit.
