Did a 5 minute joke of an assessment said Donot see PD. Ordered MRI and Dak. Follow up 3 weeks for results. Called day of appointment to cancel and do telle call. Asked if husband had Mri and Dak said yes told them where. Called 3 times to ask where I got them done that day. Dr called with results said everything was normal on MRI he did not have Dak scan and time of call. I already had gotten result from hospital three weeks prior. De called back again said PD and than asked if it had previously been diagnosed. No that was why we went. Put husband on rx but never called it into the pharmacy. Wow scary. Will be looking for a new Dr. Many normally don’t write negative reviews but this is just scary. Not doing their job.
Great staff . Office very clean.
Had appointment for a DOCTOR was assigned a PA. Never saw a doctor. PA decided to change my medication. I have been through them three times already, what I take and why - PAY ATTENTION!!. She decides she is over riding my Primary Doctor. No Need to speak to him..... No Way. WHEN I ASK FOR A DOCTOR, YOU TELL ME YOU ARE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT - IT IS A DOCTOR NOT THE PA. Mis-representation in the Medical Field.
Worse doctor and staff ever! I had an EMG test done by a trainee. I think I was her first. It took forever! We hey then scheduled me for a follow up appt with the dr to see the results. When I go, they have no appt for me (I’m an hour away). They said I couldn’t see the doctor because I was not his patient. Since they only did an EMG test, I’m not considered a patient. What the hell is that?! The crazy woman at the front desk was so rude and clueless. People should get together and report this doctor and his staff. I would NEVER go here again. 👎
It’s terrible. No one answers the phones on any of the choices.!!
It is an absolute nightmare getting a prescription filled. I have to call monthly to have a prescription refilled. You can call everyday for a week without them sending prescription over or calling you back. I tell the doctor every time we do telehealth every three months about this. They reassure me they are making notes in chart so this will not happen. Now it is weekend and medicine will run out. It is sooo stressful getting them to do their job. The PA is really nice but this makes no sense. Every single month! Only neurologist in St. Cloud.
This is by far the worst office I've ever been in. Front desk is rude, never on time for either in office or virtual appointments. This is ridiculous!
Do not waste your time going to this self entitled, useless office. We took my father here multiple times and never actually got to see the doctor. We were lied to about his presence within to office, told he was absent only to see him walking around after we left. We went for a head scan and the lady tried to acupuncture his hands. Miscommunication or pure stupidity, I’m not sure. The woman (Doctor? Nurse?) we saw as his replacement not only did not listen, but would not take the time to bother with her patient.
Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever experienced in my 73 years of life!!! Difficult to reach, difficult to meet with him vs PA, difficult to get him to respond to the requests of insurance company, no evidence of his reviewing the documents submitted to him by other physicians...etc, etc, etc
Extremely bad to the point that no one at this Fla. Institute of Neurology can seem to help.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
