My kids and I see Dr. Rabinowitz. I can honestly say that he is the best eye Doctor that I have came across. He is very honest, he explains everything, uses terms that we can understand and you can tell he is extremely knowledgeable. My kids and I will continue going to him and I recommend him 100%.

To the person who answers the phone calls: My apologies you hate your job. People call to obtain information not to receive attitude and feel rushed, please understand we do not know the answers and that is why we call. We do not call to bother anyone. I hope this is an isolated incident and people are treated cordially and professional. Update: I gave it a try once again in person. 0 professionalism, I am glad they are busy but no need to treat new people with attitude.

I have never had a huge problem here. However, how I watch them treat an older customer has me questioning whether I will go back. I came in last week to pick up my glasses. The guy at the front desk was kind of rude. Telling me to just sign and sit down without asking how he could help me. Then when he called me up he couldn't find my glasses and was asking if I told if my glasses were in and how. He asked if I had already picked up my glasses. I told him I hadn't and said my husband was out of town so he couldn't have picked them up. He said "I didn't ask you that!" Then he told me to sit back down. I was sitting next to an older gentleman and we started talking. He was not happy with his service. His glasses had broken shortly after he got them. I told him I had always been happy with my service and I was sure they would take care of him. A lady called him over. I wasn't trying to listen in. The gentleman was being fairly nice. The lady was sort of short but nothing too bad. I heard her say they replace the glasses and the new ones would come in a couple of weeks. The gentleman asked about what in the meantime. He asked if they could give him some replacement frames and fit the lens in them. She said no they didn't do that. I understood because I had seen the glasses. It wasn't a easy fix. They don't have the ability to do what he was asking for. He asked to speak to a manager. She said the manager wasn't there. He said he wanted to make an appointment with her. He was told that he just had to come by when the manager was in. He asked when she would be in. Now it is important to realize that this gentleman had not started yelling or using bad language. He was still being a gentleman. The lady just got up and walked away. He got up and left. He said something to me as he left and how it was important not to let things bother you. A minute later I was handed my glasses. I wasn't asked to sit down and try them on. I am very happy with my glasses. I am very disappointed in how I witnessed someone being treated. The world never gets better if we allow others to be mistreated and never do anything to stop it. I hope the manger sees this and does some training with her employees. Like I said I am not sure I will be coming back. It is a shame because my whole family uses this place.

I had such a great experience, the doctor was great. Dr. RABINOWITZ was great, Mayi was great very professional and friendly, she helped me out with my glasses. Jaylene, Cristina and Jan were very nice.

I went to the Saint Cloud Optical outlets and had my eyes examined and ordered January 30, 2023 it is now March 14th and I still have NOT RECEIVED my contact lenses. If you are looking to get your contact lens do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
