Update: Dr Silpa Senchani, MD recently did my pap for the third time, and it was successful. I will update if any billing issues for this visit. I'm taking away my original 1 star to a 3 stars for now BEWARE...This office is pure FRAUD!!! Dr Virginia Pagani seems unqualified...She can't do a simple routine pap smear???? I went for my annual physical and pap. I was scheduled with Virginia Phagani MD who did my pap. A few days later I received my results via quest inconclusive results due to lack of specimen. I was asked to return to take another sample. I took another day off and went in, Dr Pagani took another sample. A few days later I received another inconclusive results via quest. I was told the retake of my sample will be no charge, guess what, they billed the insurance for another visit and I'm responsible for a $30 copay. All because she can't do her job This is a scam to fraudulently collect payment under false pretenses. This Dr should go back to med school if she can't do a simple pap smear test. Or she's just milking the insurance system. I feel cheated, robbed, I don't trust them. Report them if you have similar billing issues. I'm working with my insurance company for fraudulent charges
I love Dr. Senchani, she takes time and care to talk to me about my health. Talks through procedures and the reason why she is ordering imaging. Having a history of breast cancer and thyroid disease in my family, seeing a good GYN is extremely important.
I think this doctor's bedside manners are very rude. She does not explain anything to you unless you ask a question. Too long wait in the room and then she spends less than 5 minutes with you. Not sure if it is a language barrier.
Had a very unfortunate experience recently with this Dr inserting Biote pellets incorrectly and without any numbing to my hip. I could feel her cutting and stitching my skin causing me immense pain. Please beware!
I Had a very bad experience with this Dr who CUT me open to insert Biote pellets and then stitched my skin closed with no numbing. This caused me immense pain. Please beware!
Horrible office, had a outpatient surgical pelvic ablation at St. Cloud Regional on 12/2019, I was still having the same issues before surgery, had another on gyn confirm "there is no evidence of a pelvic ablation" what a waste!
Don't even waste your time and energy.
Very unprofessional, does not care about helping patients. You will have to wait almost an hour to see her and then she rushes your appointment. Worst gyn I have ever seen.
My visit to Senchani was the worst gyn visit ever. Very unprofessional doctor and rude staff. Would not recommend to anyone. SAVE YOURSELF the headache and pick a professional provider that actually knows what they are doing.
Very unprofessional place to get your ultrasound. I’m very very upset. I have an ultrasound appointment today. However, it got cancelled right when Im at the door step. This is a professional office if you want to cancels on someone please do it at least 1 hour in advance not the sec before you walk through the door. If there is an emergency they have to find an alternative. They didn’t even try to do anything. I will never come back to this place again. Don’t make the mistake I make and please go somewhere who actually care about you, as a patient. Not a nobody no one care about.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
