Highly recommend Dr. Medina. She is very knowledgeable, takes her time to explain things and let's you ask questions. She really cares for you and you aren't just another to her. Her nurse is also very sweet.
My first visit with Dr. MEDINA, her nurse and staff was excellent. She has great bedside manner, is genuine, a caring Dr. She reviewed my medical records on my first visit and explain the health strategy plan moving forward. God bless her and her staff.
My doctor was great, however I was very very unsatisfied with the people working in the office. Customer service and compassion was non existent when I called. I explained I was out on vacation (which really was not a vacation, just me visiting family) and didn’t have medication with me and I honestly was just looking for advice on what to do. All they kept telling me was that I need to get an appointment with them for a refill and need to do lab work, and they continued to tell me I didn’t understand and interrupted me continually. I legit just wanted to know what advice they had for me because I was nervous and anxious as I have never been off the medication for that long. Also she HUNG UP on me (I believe it was the office manager) after I did what she told me to do, which was look up a pharmacy to transfer information (for like an emergency supply I was hoping, I really was not wanting a refill, however she wasn’t really interested that much in listening to what I had to say, her tone and attitude from the beginning of the call was so inappropriate for her position, she was talking at and down to me from the beginning of the call). So when I called back, to top it off, I told the lady who was speaking to me next about the situation, I said listen, I honestly am just seeking advice from y’all as medical professionals to tell me what to do… so she said she would ask the doctor… comes back to the phone and tells me to go to the ER and ask for an emergency supply. The lady literally had no cares that I would be spending who knows how much if I had followed her advice (which she never really asked the doctor, so she made me think she did). SO AFTER ALL OF THIS, multiple phone calls with my pharmacy’s too at home, I finally got in contact with the most helpful person all day long who literally all he said was “oh yeah you just find a pharmacy down where your at and ask them for an emergency supply”. I said wow. You are the most helpful person I’ve spoke to all day long. That was literally the only thing I had to do and people were fighting me all day long. Like where are the people who actually care in customer service? All of it was so uncalled for. The only reason I did not give this place lower stars is because when I saw Dr. Medina, she was VERY compassionate and caring and good with me. I could tell she wanted to be thorough and not just prescribe me something because it was easy. I had plans to do labs, but it’s not like it’s free to do that. I also, WAS going to come back for an appointment, but we are self pay and those are definitely not free either.
Awesome Dr! Takes the time and listens to you! Really cares about you, your health!! Staff are polite and Lucille is awesome as a nurse. Would recommend anyone to go see Dr. Medina!
takes time to answer my questions and is very nice
Excellent doctor's visit. Took time to listen, understand, and diagnose my problem. She clearly explained her diagnosis and how to treat my issue.
This is a doctor who genuinely cares for her patients. Gets to bottom of what ever the problem is. She comes highly recommended by me. Been a patient over 12 years, and plans to stay along as I can have her as my treating Physcian.
If I can give it NO star I would. This practice is all about money and if you call them out they will be so rude and unprofessional and will not complete the service. The below is my formal complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. PS. The reason I went here because it's close to my new address and I totally regret wasting my time with them. I went back to my previous family practice and everything checked good with my health not what the Medina practice saying that I would need all the work done? I called my insurance provider Cigna and they call the Dr. office to let them know my only responsibility is $15. After that, they didn't send my prescription to my local CVS and when I went to Quest Diagnostics for my blood work they didn't send my lab works either. I was promised that they will mail everything to me because they were so busy on that day and nothing came in the mail so I called the office and spoke to Mary Medina the office manager and was very rude and unprofessional to me so I called my credit card company to pull the payment because they didn't finish the service that I paid for. Now they send me to their billing department and they threatened that if I don't pay them that they will send me to the collection agency and Mary Medina would not even return all my calls and all their staffs are being rude on the phone. What would satisfy the complaint: I never had any bad credit and I know if they do that it will ruin my score. I want them to drop the bill because I don't feel I should pay for an incomplete service. Supporting Documents

I went back to my previous family practice and everything checked good with my health not what the Medina practice saying that I would need all the work done? I went for a physical visit on 8/10/2020 at the Osceola Woman's & Family Medicine Specialists located at 618 13th St A, St Cloud, FL 34769. After the consultation, they were charging me $100 where it clearly states on my insurance card my only responsibility is $15. I called my insurance provider Cigna and they call the Dr. office to let them know my only responsibility is $15. I ask for paperwork and at the front desk, Margarita said that she's so busy and they will (snail mail) me all my paperwork? After that, they say that they sent my prescription order and lab work, but they didn't send my prescription to my local CVS St. Cloud and when I went to Quest Diagnostics St. Cloud for my blood work on 8/19, they didn't send my lab works either. I was in pain from 8/10-8/19 as they prevent me to get my Albuterol and I was wheezing every night and can't sleep. The promised snail mail never came in, so I called the office on 8/19 and spoke to Mary Medina the office manager, and was very rude and unprofessional to me and her excuse was the mail got lost? everything is electronic now and they can send me an email about my appointment, but they have to snail mail me my paperwork? it doesn't make sense to me? After the call on 8/19, I called my credit card company to pull the payment because they didn't finish the service that I paid for as Mary Media doesn't want to listen to me and just being rude and unprofessional towards me. She keeps saying I'm not going to argue with you, so I say to her that I'm not arguing I'm communicating and she's the one that won't listen and then Mary hangs up on me. Now they send me to their billing department and they threatened that if I don't pay them that they will send me to the collection agency and Mary Medina would not even return all my calls and all their staffs are being rude on the phone every time I call and ask to speak to her. I will attach the incident timeline with this form to show my many attempts to work with their billing and their office at 618 13th St A, St Cloud, FL 34769 Phone: (407) 556-3999.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
