As an office, they completely neglected me as a patient. Zero follow-up. Zero scheduling. She moved from Ponte Vedra Beach to Nocatee and never said a word. Just disappeared. If you are looking for a Doctor that truly cares for you as a patient, steer clear of Charmaine Aguirre. I wasted my time with her.

After two years in Florida this was my first Doctor visit in the state and I have to say that Dr Aguirre exceeded my expectations. She was very polite, explained every detail and provide good alternatives for me. I’m very satisfied with Dr Aguirre

Love! love! love! Dr. Aguirre! You may wait frm time to time to be seen, but it's only bc she actually listens. Takes the time w/you going over any/all your concerns you may have. Writes ref. if/whn needed. Has the gr8est sense of humor lifting your spirits while discussing serious issues. Puts the most difficult of subjects at ease. Dr. A is Like family. My partner sees her husband & is = as happy. The Nerves, anxiety & 3mth wait to replace/get back in as my prior pcp was well worth it! when I got the news Dr. Grewal moved on, but thankful at the same time it was obvious she needed a break frm her position altogether. Dr. G' assistant was awful, judgemental, other. Unannounced to Dr G. Wld go out of her way to give her patients a hard time. Shame on her. Highly recommend Dr. Aguirre to anyone seeking a new pcp! Good luck getting in, it's so worth it if your lucky enough to!

Moved out of state 3 years ago and had to leave her practice. Came back 5 months ago and found where she was practicing and drive 40 minutes just to have her back as My primary doctor. Wonderful doctor!
