She’s awesome and amazing. Nothing else to say. She’s a perfect physician.

Unfortunately, this Baycare office is the worst I’ve encountered. I use baycare for all my medical needs. This office is difficult to get an appointment at, and does a poor job keeping to their appointment times. Of course, it is expected for doctors to be running behind, but on two separate occasions I waited more than an hour. The first time I waited beyond an hour and a half and was told the doctor was still running at least 25 more minutes behind. Once I was finally seen by Dr. Samuel on a different day than originally intended, I was not given the type of care I would expect to receive. I felt a coldness in the connection, there was no apology for the wait, and beyond that it seemed like she was ticking the boxes of a dr patient exchange. She took two phone calls during our appointment, stating, “I have to take this.” One was a pre recorded message saying “we see your car is now beyond its extended warranty.” I felt as the attention that should have been paid wasn’t. There were some questionable recommendations in regards to my health. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with this visit, this doctor, and this office. Even upon checking out, the individual was not at all personable. It seemed all I encountered did not enjoy their work environment. It was very noticeable and it trickles down to the patients through the medical staff’s energy.

All around a day.

I've been a patient of Dr. Samuel for several years and have nothing but good things to say about her. She is very compassionate and caring doctor that has provided me excellent care. The office staff is also very personable, friendly, and doesn't treat you like you are just a number in their system but an actual person.

Great Doctor and great staff. She always takes her time and doesn't make you feel rushed.

Dr. Samuel lacks compassion, positivity, and is rude. She doesn't talk to patients with care or sensitivity. My daughter called to discuss test results because she was feeling anxious. Dr. Samuel was rude to her on the phone. When I called Dr. Samuel to discuss how she treated my daughter both in person and on the phone, she was defensive and didn't really care. She believes calls from patients about test results are an inconvenience, stating "that's what appointments are for." You're lucky if you get an appointment in three months. Dr. Samuel demonstrated very poor bedside manner and was rude and defensive when called out for that. I do not recommend this doctor. Her predecessor, Dr. Gonzalez was wonderful.

Dr. Samuel is very professional, and very thorough in addressing my medical issues. She makes sure all the tests have been completed so that she can explain the test results to me. Also, she explains the results in language I can understand. Thanks to Dr. Samuel's treatment course for me, I have improved significantly. She is the BEST!

As usual, visit done in a timely, friendly fashion.
