did not splint my arm with a fracture, did not offer arm sling as well.

Thought it would be easy to come in here for a quick checkup when I was sick. Nope- over 3 hours of waiting later and I am still sitting here. PA came in and rushed the interaction

The receptionist is rude. I advise taking your urgent care needs elsewhere.

Went in to clinic for a back injury and staff was friendly, helpful especially Hilda. She took my xrays and was very friendly, courteous and professional throughout the whole visit. Facility is very clean. Would come back again. Thank you Hilda!

Called to ask how much a tetanus shot walk in -no insurance would cost…. Was told 35 dollars on the phone and it all sounded good. My boyfriend shows up, was told it was one hundred AND 35 dollars…. So i dont know who is answering the phones (no I did not hear her wrong) but they probably shouldn’t just be throwing anyone on a phone regarding questions of HEALTH & pricing. While my boyfriend is in the waiting room he’s told it’s 135 PLUS 55 . Sooooo… moral of the story, the lie on the phone is what made me come to this facility and none of the info was true and it somehow just trickled it’s way up to 200 bucks thru out the situation for one little baby tenatus shot

This place refuses to run insurance ahead of time, therefore leaving the patient completely blind to how much the appointment will cost and if they can afford it.

My last experience with them was subpar but I broke my toe and needed an x-ray. Walk in x-ray is awesome. I was treated promptly and by caring providers. I think they did a great job. It sucks that my experiences here are hit or miss... but I get it. It's not an easy gig. There are more hits than misses.

WARNING. Do not go to this urgent care. The nurse not only googled information about my issue directly in front of me but also did NOT listen to my needs, talked over me while I was explaining my situation along with being extremely rude and belittling. I came in with a cactus needle stuck in my finger that had became inflamed. I am extremely healthy individual so I thought my body would naturally push it out. She immediately wanted to put me on an antibiotic when I told her how sensitive I was to them. She also disagreed that rubbing alcohol was any type of sterilization and had to be medical based. I was blown away by how rude someone could be in the healthcare system! Just terrible. The receptionist was very sweet but could not refund my money due to the fact that I had already been "seen" but was promised my money back if they did not treat me which they never did! Thanks for absolutely nothing and taking my money. Extremely disappointed.

My wife and I have been in here a handful of times and it's been a pretty good experience. Dr. Kwiat is amazing if you're able to see him. The administrative staff have gone above and beyond a couple times, like allowing us to wait at home and call us, since we live nearby. We had an issue with a misdiagnosis, which happens - it's just really important how a practitioner responds. Both Dr. Kwiat and the office manager insured we were taken care of, and that was very appreciated.

If you value your time and sanity, please do not come here, especially for a drug test. I called ahead the day before and they said they do them 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. I show up at opening and the receptionist says the person who does them won’t be there until 9-9:30. I come back at 9:40 am and the person still isn’t there. I ask them to give me a call and she says okay, and then never does. I come back again at 11:20 am and it is 12:08 pm and I still have yet to be seen. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The employees clearly cannot show up to work on time and this place is run by an incredibly incompetent manager. The only positive thing I can say is that the receptionist is nice.
