List of Allen Gorman's Reviews
Excellent bedside manner, helped me tremendously with my back, hip, and knee pain. I’ve been to him on several different occasions. Been to other doctors in the past but he is the best! Knowledgeable, caring, and highly skilled doctor. Highly recommend!
Glad I saw Dr. Gorman!
Very satisfied with my experience. Extremely caring physician. I highly recommend Dr. Gorman.
Horrible experience - It felt like more of a sales pitch then a doctors visit. He jammed surgery down my throat immediately ( I must add that he did not even physically look at my MRI that was done for an injury on my knee ) He just read the read off from the radiologist and pushed surgery. During my second follow up visit he barley even looked , touched on inspected my knee. Also he was condescending, sarcastic and barely even seemed to be listening to what I was saying . After I found another doctor who actually read my MRI - and the tear I had was very minimal and can be PT. If you value your health find a Doctor who cares , not a puppet on a stage like this guy.
I went to Dr. Gorman for my hip and now I'm 100%!!! He has a great bedside manner and helped me a lot. I highly recommend him!
Excellent care from Dr. Gorman and staff. He came highly recommended by my friends and I concur!
I went to see Dr. Gorman because I was having pain in my ankle. I had seen him only once before to get a second opinion on my left knee pain. My primary doctor knew he was not my orthopaedic but had my referral sent to him anyway. Since I needed immediate attention I decided to go and at least get an xray. Dr. Gorman came into the room and ask whats going on. I told him about my ankle and he then proceeded to ask about my knee. I told him I was not there for my knee and told him my regular orthopaedic would be doing the surgery needed for that. All of a sudden he grabbed my bad knee which has a tear in the meniscus and squeezed with his thumb on one side and finger on the other very hard I cried out in pain and told him he was hurting me but he continued to squeeze it. I now have a bruise there. This is totally unacceptable. He is Appalling!!!
I would recommend Dr. Gorman for anyone having a knee replacement. I had mine done 3 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Great personality, and very professional and sincere.
Excellent care of my knee!
This Dr was extremely unprofessional , rude and sacastic. I went to him because of my insurance. I had a broken bone. He performed surgery to place hardware in my arm and it failed. I told him it didn't feel right, he said it was my fault for not moving it. He said there was nothing else he could do. Then, the hardware started poking out of my skin. I had a hard time finding another Dr. To fix it. Luckily my insurance changed and I was able to get another Dr. To perform another surgery to correct the problem. Would not recommend this Dr.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
