I was not impressed. At first the doctor came in the room & thought I was there for anemia & not my spinal tumors. They he complained about the transcription company they use & brought up another patients chart to show me all the corrections he had to make. (HIPPA violation). Then he gets up to leave & says oops I forgot to check you. I had to pay my co pay before seeing him, which is understandable, but a month later they billed me for that exact same amount. After calling the billing company waiting forever & then getting disconnected. Finally I get through and they acknowledge I owe them nothing. After meeting the doctor we agree I would do my next MRI with my oncologist at Henry Ford & then schedule an appointment when I’m back in Florida & go over the results. As I check out I tell the receptionist this decision & that I’ll call back afterwards & schedule an appointment. Imagine my surprise a month later when I get a call to confirm my appointment. At this point I decided not to ever return. Too much incompetence. By the way every day getting a text message to leave a review is a bit much as well.

Dr Iyer and his staff are great! All the staff seem to get along very well and work well together. It's very welcoming and comforting to have that kind of atmosphere Their process for checking in, having your appointment or infusion and check out is very efficient. I would definitely recommend this office to others.

Dr A showed real concern for my problems. He pulled out his phone and called another doctor to refer me! How often do you see that?!

I would never refer Dr. A. to anyone. My dad has been seeing him for cancer treatment for several years now. . His bedside manner is horrible, extremely rude if you disagree with him. He is not caring or sympathetic at all. Take my advice and don't use him for caner treatment.
