Haven’t been back in awhile. Office is filthy. Looks like it has never been cleaned. The doctor smells like smoke, yuk. If the reception area is that dirty you can imagine how clean his equipment is. Not impressed. Now go to Mason Eye Clinic. I give this one 5 stars!

I really wanted to like this Dr. He was very informative when we met. I ultimately needed glasses, which I was told would take a week to come in. I paid for them as I left the day of the exam. It's now almost a full month later and I never received my glasses. I just called to ask for a refund and my prescription to go elsewhere....doctor isn't in on Fridays and so I have to CONTINUE TO WAIT until Monday. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service. No apologies - just irritation that I'm wondering why I never received something I, was not only promised, but already paid for!!!!!! Now I have to go elsewhere, wait again, and all the while, I CAN'T SEE!

The previous post says well worn. That is being kind. The office and doctor show no signs of pride in their work. The office looks like it has not been upgraded since 1980. The doctor and office reek of smoke. And, the doctor was smoking right before he examined me. The equipment for the exam also looked decades old. I should have left before the exam. Will NOT be back.

Office is well worn. No COVID precautions at all within this office. With the proximity of the optometrist during exam, I felt very vulnerable. Witnessed the optometrist address a patient, who walked in with a question, in a very curt manner. Funny, I guess people don't think others notice such behavior. Won't be back.

I've been going to Dr. D for about 5 years. He is very knowledgeable, not only about eyes, but medical issues in general. He does a fantastic job and is a down to earth guy.

Amazing doctor...very kind, and saw me as a walk-in as I couldn’t see well enough to get home. He was quick, and very reassuring. The drops he prescribed relieved my symptoms immensely and helped me to heal.
