I cannot comment on Dr. Asher since I never got to have an appointment, but as far as the office staff go, they are extremely disorganized. I made an appointment six weeks in advance, and requested time off work. They stated they would send me first appointment paperwork, and then said that it got returned to sender and that they would would send via email without patient information. I called back days later when I never received the paperwork, and they said that they would send it the same day. However, it was never sent. At almost 5pm the day before the appointment (less than 24 hours prior to my scheduled time), they called to move my appointment up for the next day. When I explained that I had already requested time off work and couldn’t make an adjustment so last minute, they basically said “oh well. Sorry about your luck.” I understand getting a doctors appointment is difficult, and patients are at the disadvantage in that sense, but the lack of care or consideration in scheduling was appalling. As a provider myself, I found this to be extremely unprofessional and haphazard patient care.

After searching for multiple primary care Doctors. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge and and willingness to spend the appropriate time to get you comfortable with your medical issues and the suitable course or courses of action to treat/resolve said issues. The office staff are one of the best I've seen. I have found my doctor/staff and I trust them with My life and I know you can too. Jason K. Clark

I'm a little upset that people would write such terrible things about this office. I have been to visit #5 now 2 with her, 1 with nurse and 2 with lab. The doctor and the staff are great. I was with my last doctor for about 9 years, so I was nervous switching doctors but this off was wonderful , very kind and a great lab person , she is so sweet. Dr. Asher listen to me and gave great advise, my blood pressure has been up for years after my second visit my blood pressure is now under control and boy what a change. I thank her and the staff for great care.

This doctor is so punctual, I waited ony 2 minutes for her, fastest than any other doctors' office in my lifetime. She took a good 45 minutes of her time in my new patient encounter and listened to all my complaints. I am so blessed to have found her, and would like all my friends and family to go to her.

Waited on the phone for over 5 minutes, didn't speak to anyone but got a recorded message to leave my info, I'm glad it was not an emergency

Dr Asher asks good questions and listens carefully to my answers. She's been my primary care physician for several years and I'm very thankful she is in charge of my health care. Her warmth and kindness is in addition to great competence.(Staff is warm and friendly too.)
