Arvind Parbhoo's Online Review Report Card

I am writing this review to ask this office to please be sure your patients get your correct office number. For many years I occasionally receive a call from someone who thinks they've called your office. Sometimes it has sounded like an urgent call that was left as a message on my voicemail when I was at work. It is sad to come home & hear the message of another person who thought that they were calling your office. It took me over 20 years to find out why so many people kept calling my home number thinking that I was a doctor's office. I finally was able to track down that it was your office they thought they were calling. My home number is one number off of your office number. I always have called the person back when I receive these messages, but it would be easier for the patients if they didn't have to wait 8 hours for me to call them back only to tell them they've called the wrong number. Perhaps your business cards use a fancy script for your phone number that causes so many people to call me when they think they are calling your office. It would be great if you could make sure they have your number in a very clear font so that many don't end up calling me in error. I've spoken to 1-2 patients per year for many years now. They appear to find quality medical care at your office, but it would help them if they really could read your phone number more easily. Thank you.

Great doctor! Personally having a medical background, I whole heartedly think Dr. Parbhoo is an amazing clinician. My wife and I went to many physicians to try to resolve a reoccurring medical condition that was misdiagnosed. Dr. Parbhoo took the time to listen and make the right diagnosis. Within a few days, with the right medication, everything was better. What a difference it has made in my life. THANK YOU!

Excellent Doctor. Talk to him and he will listen. Not Ivory Tower/Pie in the Sky kind of medicine, but that old practical kind that WORKS !!!

Primary care fumbled around for three years, insisting they could get my hypothyroid under control. I was fed up and asked for a referral. Dr. Parbhoo was open to trying options my PCP refused and had me on the road to feeling functional, after my first visit. Following my second visit, I'm feeling completely fantastic! He added a little Cytomel and lowered my dosage of Synthroid.....Amazing!!!!

Dr. Parbhoo and Mrs. Parbhoo were more than accomiditating. They were empathetic, wonderful bedside manner. Hes my PMD most definetly.

Personable, and seems to be caring, wanting you to understand your condition. Willing to explain until you understand exactly what is going on and how it needs to be treated. I was much less worried when I left his office. Willing to expedite testing/results returned as I am a snowbird heading home soon. I really liked him, and felt comfortable.

Dr. Parbhoo is knowledgable and very attentive. He spends as much time as necessary with me on my visits and hsows ceep concern for my health and well-being.

Having been to numerous endocrinologists in the past I have been so grateful to have found Dr. Parbhoo almost ten years ago now. He is knowledgeable, considerate, and willing to listen.

Dr. Parbhoo is one of the best Dr's I have ever ben to, for any reason. He is not the type of Dr. that rushes in and out, as quickly as possible. He really spends time with you and discusses all your issues, with you. This is especially nice with my Thyroid Problem, that sometimes has vague symptoms and is difficult to describe to another person.
