First of all Chloe at the front desk is a sweetheart and the Dr. was the best. Most thorough hearing test and explained what it was all about step by step. Should have checked in with these folks much sooner. They are the best.

This place was the worst place we have ever been my wife and myself got hearing aids and had to finance the terribly expensive aids. 6 months later my wife had problems with her aids and we took them back in and they said it would cost us 700 more dollars to get fixed.. This place is a rip off

A great experience. Keith Michael (my cousin's Keith first name and Michael, my middle name) was professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me and executed the test in a timely manner. I am looking forward to experiencing hearing different things better. Having to bring my priest to the appointment made the whole experience great. He came because I needed to be tested with a voice I am familiar with. This was all new to me as well. I was very proud to have him there, and Keith was kind and gracious towards him. Now, I am on a journey that proves to be positive and uplifting for my hearing. Thanks to Keith for his warm and caring manner. WWJD. Saw his wristband and knew I was in good hands.

Hearing aids are constantly improving with technological advances and to take advantage of them requires learning about use of bluetooth, streaming, etc. I am not the generation familiar with such, but Keith is very knowledgeable and patient, helping me to learn how to get the most possible from my hearing aids! Thank you, Keith!

Audibel on 62 ave is the best place for hearing aids.the staff is great and very accommodating and always there to help. There great.
