Audrey Baria's Online Review Report Card

My mother had taken a bad fall and has multiple fractures and possible tissue damage she is a 68 year old woman with COPD and many health issues. We made it to the orthopedic after waiting a week for an appointment. It wasn’t easy getting her around up and down stairs without a proper boot. We arrive at the orthopedic and we were informed that she needed a referral. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Finally a woman (Chantel) answers the phone and I start to explain to her that I’m Calling in regards to Susan Wilson and we are here in the orthopedic and started explaining that she needs a referral but this woman cuts me off to say she just got off the phone with someone regarding that patient. I continue to let her know we are here waiting and wanted to know what to expect next. She so rudely and condescendingly says “I just told you that I got off the phone with someone regarding that patient” “ma’am did you not hear me?” So rudely. I said ma’am I’m trying to figure out what’s going on why do you keep cutting me off?. My mom grabs the phone at this point. Chantell claims I was raising my voice when I’m in a lobby full of patience that barely noticed I was on the phone. My mother (Susan Wilson) ask the same exact thing I did and she proceeded to say that “I told the first woman that I just got off the phone about you.” Again so rude and condescending. What is this accomplishing?? What have I learned from her saying that she just got off the phone?? We are here now in the orthopedic office with no appointment due to this error. I can’t believe a customer service representative that works at a doctors office would ever be this short, rude, or condescending to their patients. Another woman calls to speak to the front office at the orthopedic and speaks to a woman at the desk. She started her conversation with “first off” so rude that the woman couldn’t even finish her conversation and had to hand the phone to a second representative that ended up realizing that the conversation was going nowhere and hung up. This was two different representatives in the same day Casey and Chantell. Dr Baria needs to do better when hiring front office reps that treat their patients with patience and respect. This is completely unacceptable and made a bad situation a million times worse.

I love Dr. Baria and her staff. She's patient, thorough and thoughtful Because she's genuinely interested my health.care and treatment

I love this lady!! She's patient, understanding, sympathetic and thorough in her exams. I was going to drop Well are but I didn't want to go to anyone else. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me!!! Friendly staff great nurses.

Does NOT listen to your problem.Have lower back fused fell 2 X's in 10 days.Said NO X-RAY needed.Told me swelling went down with out ever seeing me. I have 2 rods,12 screws so a fracture where screws attached very possible,or rods could have bent.Told me Well care had no neurologists available. Upon contacting Well care they gave me 6 who I contacted and all were taking New Patients. So yes nothing but LIES. If I could give her no star rating I would.When asked where my prior Physician went,was told he retired only to find out that he has 3 offices all in my plan.So was blessed to have the opportunity to re-enroll with him.Yes this is all true information.Signed M.J.Colombo Previous Dr.Neifeld, K. I would rather die than visit or entrust my health to these vicious people .

My parents used to see another doctor at this location. Then Dr. Baria took over the office. Over the years, due to plan changes or the doctors leaving plans, I have taken my parents to several different offices. By far, Dr. Baria is the best! She listens to all my parents' concerns patiently, exams them carefully and prescribe the medicine accordingly. She also setup following up visits and see how my parents doing. My parents are so pleased with Dr. Baria and pray that she will not drop the plan . As a daughter, I feel the doctor really cared about my parents' well being. The doctor's office has recently renovated. It is very clean and nice. If say one shortcoming about this office, it is its front desk. The ladies work at the front desk definitely need some professional training.

I found this doctor rude and condescending. I would vote for minus stars if the choice were available. I will not see her again or recommend her to anyone. She evidently does not believe in patient centered care. I have been a RN for 37 years and was appalled by her tone and manner.

Over the years, I have taken my parents to different doctors (because their plan change and doctors dropping the plan). We have never met a doctor as good and caring as Dr. Baria. So far, I have taken my parents to her office 4 or 5 times, each time, she listens to their concerns, exams them carefully and then gives her suggestions. And then setup follow-ups. My parents both are so pleased with her and pray their plan will not change and the doctor will not drop their plan. The office is newly renovated. Really clean and nice. The front desk is the biggest problem of the office.. Recently, I think they have hired a new girl, she is much better.

She took over my Dr's practice of 30 years, and ran it into the ground in a matter of weeks. Watch the good reviews, they are posted by staff. She is rude, the staff is rude, and she refuses to order even the smallest of test (even for a diabetic). Despite a letter saying nothing would change, she will not prescribe any pain meds, regardless of the situation. Got a broken foot? Well you better be able to tolerate the pain. Appts are impossible to get, and wait time is at least 45 mins
