The nurses and Dr here were fantastic however the security guards think they run the place and like to play games it's not OK to be rude to people visiting their loved ones in the trauma center. You need new security guards

The worse hospital, on USA, after my spouse had surgery no one call me to let me know how everything went , I almost lost my mind after 3 hours waiting, not even the doctor, everything was mess , had to go around and ask people how to get on recovery room,totally mess, the worse staff and hospital on USA. This happened on September 15 2021 .surgery was scheduled on 1:30pm but the doctor didn't came till 3:30pm,nurses didnt know if the doctor had singed the paper work....was very very stressful day hours ,,,7 hour on hospital for kidney surgery...shame

I’ve gone for my annual mammogram here for the last 10 yrs. and have always been happy with the services provided. I’ve never had to wait long during the check in process or for the exam itself. Today I scheduled my mammogram and bone density test back to back and I bet I wasn’t there for any longer than 1hr. total—in and out! And you get a reusable bag for the next year!

I wouldn’t take my dog here! Literally let my son lay on the floor, yes the actual floor, puking and in pain from a kidney stone this morning. When he asked if he could at least lay on one of the empty gurneys they told him no, that’s for people with real emergencies. Staff walking by him on the floor laughing. Literally had to take him to Northside which immediately saw him where he’s getting cared for now. Seriously about to contact my attorney.

I have a friend in this hospital, that is pergant and you are treating her bad. I swear to God if you do something to harm this baby and the love the baby will miss out I will protest this hospital and you will be shut. down inside of listening to the nurses and making her to a psychological testing maybe your nurse should read the orders of the drs. I was just in a hospital and never had this much issues.. just do you dam job and take of the the her and the unborn baby she is carrying thank you

I am here now, the nurses have withheld meds to stop contractions for compressed cord causing baby heart to drop during contractions. Sunday night demanded my meds that were ordered every 4 hours, refused again for 23 hour and 10 minutes causing my water to rupture. It is Friday now and everyday I have to fight to get meds, weds contracted for over 5 hours before Doctor called in and he immediately started Magnesium to stop labor and now Friday morning again nurse refused meds, I had to scream and demand admin to get meds and now they put in an inpatient physc eval request on me because I am demanding proper care for my child's life. I have video today of the baby's heart decline and lasted over 8 minutes nurse did not respond for over 5 minutes and tried to tell me it is ok they are watching monitor. These nurses are going to cause me to loose my daughter. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

You have nurses in Bay Front Baby Place that are not doing their job and are attempting to kill a baby that needs help by properly administering medication to the mother and the mother has to fight for everyone of her doses. This is not acceptable. Your nurses and doctors took oaths. Plain and simple.

My Husband was brought here after a spinal cord injury. His surgery was performed by Dr. Jobe. He spent five days in ICU and received excellent care by the skilled compassionate nurses in this unit.Then he was transferred to the seventh floor rehabilitation unit over seen by Coleen, who was so helpful to me and my Son. Germail Tonya and Abbey took good care of him in his room. I will forever be grateful that this wonderful team of therapist were the first people to work with my Husband. Tony, Kathleen, Stephanie, Shannon, Sandy, Meg, and Corey are to be commended for the confidence, courage and training bestowed on my Husband. The nicest experienced dedicated people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Mrs. C.
