I loved the people who assisted the Dr. and I loved the Doctor. She spend almost an hour with me answering my questions. Great service!

They still require a mask for no reason. So I walked out..They must be the last hold outs in Florida. This isn’t California or New York. They are still holding on to the myths of the World Health Organization.

I’ve been out of town for a few months taking care of my elderly parents in another state. Impossible for me to leave them. Dr Sands office has seen to my continued medical care during this very difficult time. They’ve gone above and beyond to work with me and my medical care. The whole staff is so helpful and responsive to my health care needs. Absolutely Amazing Care

The office people and Dr. Sands Assistant were great! Dr. Sands was fabulous. Good advise and spoke with me for about 1 hour.

I met Dr. Sands today. She was nice, thorough, and efficient. Her office staff have been wonderful. The office is new and clean. It was a very pleasant experience.

My dog gets better care and respect at her vet then people do at this facility. They do NOT follow Medicare protocol. My husband has an oxygen level of 89,and has trouble breathing,so was asking about getting oxygen. They scheduled him for a test to see if Medicare would pay for it. The test according to Medicare guidelines was not done correctly by staff. When I questioned it the nurse runs out and gets the supervisor or whoever she was. She got real bossy and indignant with me like I was doing something wrong by questioning her. The test was not completed before the answer was no. I am reporting this to Medicare. Meanwhile my husband is struggling to breath. No compassion or empathy whatsoever. We will be finding another doctor. And btw he NEVER sees the actual doctor.

I have too say she is the wrorse doctor I have ever had. I've had a lot of sickness. Cancer twice. And I haven't had good care. The nurse practitioner is amazing. Love her. But Dr. Sands is very mean. So my thyroid levels are low. My WBC cells high. So I have had many concerns because of how sick I have been. When the nurse let her know of my concerns she told her too tell me to go see a Psychiatrist. Are you kidding me. I had tears when I got off the phone. Like my health concerns are made up. So now I WILL BE finding another doctor and I am reporting her. I wonder if she tells her other patients that. That's pure being mean. Please go somewhere else.

I called to see if they are currently accepting new patients and had to deal with a very rude and unhelpful receptionist. If this is the standard for the face of their practice, I will be gladly seeking healthcare elsewhere.

Dr. Sands was rude, arrogant and not at all interested in my problem or what I had to say.

I would like to leave a zero !! I have never met a more condescending non caring doctor in my life !! Beware from getting her name from Humana !! Tell them to give you a list of 4 stars in your area !! My next message is to Humana to report her and they way she treats elder people and after that I’m contacting the AMA !! Horrible horrible horrible
