Dr S is the most heartfelt kindest person I've ever met. All the staff members are available to help every time I called. Never rushing and alway ask questions. Follows up and makes every effort to check up on me at every visit whether in person or by telemed. Thank you for being yourselves always.

Dr Schutzbach listens to your problem and tries to find a solution that will work. She is especially responsive on the email system which helps a lot and saves everyone's time.

The new call center approach is atrocious. I need to speak to the actual front desk or nurse for my doctor when I call. I never get any help from them and my messages are never relayed. I went to a literally pointless visit and had to pay $25 because even though I called the week before to confirm why I had an appointment and I was told it was for a follow up and they didn’t know anything other than that. That is terrible record keeping. Or ask the doctor and call me back. I specifically asked if labs were needed and they put me on hold then told me they double checked and I did not. Well the whole point of my appt was for labs. So it was pointless that I had to drive to an appointment on my one day off of work because of terrible communication. And this has happened more than once. Your online check in system also sucks.

I was pleasantly surprised. After 14-mins trying to get through to a person to let the office know I might be a few minutes late (I arrived on time while still on hold with BayCare), the staff was pleasant and took me in right away. They all introduced themselves, from the nurse (not a tech, yay) to the doctor and the scribe. Dr. Schutzbach took her time and listened to my concerns. I am very happy that I found her!

Dr. Bettina is always so pleasant and caring. She listens, answers questions and truly understands my history and who I am. All of these things are very important to me. She takes her time explaining things in an easy to understand way. Excellent experience!
